Very unhelpful photography firm. Not interested in working with parents or being flexible AT ALL. We were ONE DAY LATE getting our photo order in at my daughter’s daycare, and they refused to let us include the order in with the others, said it would be a «custom order», and there would be a $ 20 fee ON TOP of the outrageous prices they were charging for the pictures, which were only mediocre at best. I tried to plead with them, let me buy the pictures over the phone, take my credit card info… they wouldn’t budge.
Very disappointed that they are more interested in money than establishing a good name for themselves.
Oh, and they tried to charge the parents $ 5 for each of the 4 ‘proofs’ they sent home. Never saw that before in any of the school photographers we’ve dealt with.
