Dan Cagle at Diamond Apparel is the best! Our production company ordered 13 shirts on a Friday and he made sure to have it in our hands that Tuesday. The shirts are of amazing quality and they’re handmade in NC (which is awesome!). He maintained great communication with me during the weekend and everything was flawless.
Unfortunately, due to the ever last minute changes of Hollywood production, we were not able to utilize his shirts. Called him and asked if we could return them. He was very gracious and told us it was fine. You don’t see customer service like that now these days!
Amazing customer service, great product, and wonderful staff. Will definitely recommend to others. Thanks, Dan!
