Riverview Townhouses

These townhouses are gorgeous and in a really nice part of town. But, my first indication that this was a shady place should have been when my significant other called 6 different times and left messages with no call back. I called and immediately my phone call was returned. I set up an appointment to view the townhome and you could see the immediate dissapointment in the owners face when I brought my significant other with me. Anyways we applied for the townhome, went on a mad goose chase to obtain credit reports, check stubs, references, and everything. It’s been weeks since we applied no callback, no returned calls nothing! The owner is a coward and doesn’t even have the decency to give a yes or no. Maybe had we been the correct skin color there wouldn’t be any problems. Don’t waste your time applying here if you’re not white and that’s the bottom line.
