These people disgust me. They sold us a horse that almost killed me. He was advertised to be like a pet. Yeah, pet alright. He almost killed the guy who came to take him back. DONOT fall for their tricks. They rope you into getting a horse and WILLNOT give you a refund. Stormy Gray Skye is a dangerous horse and they have, once again, advertised him as a gentle pet. God help the poor people who are hoodwinked into purchasing him. I hope it is not some nice parents looking for a horse for their little girl. Welcome to our nightmare. Now we are stuck dealing with people who we know are crooked. It is not pleasant. They force you into continuing to deal with them. I think the Massachusetts States Attorney should investigate them. I am sure that the horse we bought was tranquilized. It’s no wonder that they close up shop and run away to Florida every winter. Their facilities are run down and filthy. I don’t know what that guy Brian is on, but I’m glad I never had any of it. One thing that really left an impression on me was the number of knives stowed away in the corners, just out of sight, but close enough to grab. Not pocket knives, mind you, but knives that could really hurt someone. These people are liars and crooks. God knows what else… Long story short… STAYAWAY! STAYAWAY!

I came here on a trail ride with a friend. None of the horses I saw seemed to be in good condition. They all had flies landing on them everywhere; it seems they don’t use fly spray. Some of the horses seemed dull in spirit and pretty skinny. A lot had open wounds on them and needed farrier care. I think Crowley’s primary function is for sales auctions and second to give western trail rides. The trail ride itself was fine, it included walking and trotting. Their horses follow each other in single file line and are trail trained. The ride went through trails in the woods nearby mostly. It was $ 30 a person. Unfortunately the trail horses had to stand for a while with saddle and bridle on, waiting for people to ride them. My concern mostly is that the horses don’t seem to be treated that well. If the horses were treated better I would definitely come here again.

I will not go back here. The trail rides were just ok, however the people working there did not give me a good experience. Very disorganized and care more about the money then the horses. Hack horses are left fully tacked up all day from 9 am to dark. depressing.
