Dunkin’ Donuts

I ordered two things on the menu and BOTH were messed up. The lady who took my order was extremely nice and personable. The people making my food were rude and incompetent. After watching several people get there food who ordered after me, a guy asked me what I was waiting for. I said my everything bagel. He handed me a bag that had been sitting there for several minutes and said we’ve been announcing this for a couple minutes so you didn’t have to wait here. I told him that they have been announcing an onion bagel, which I did not order. A manager then came over and was extremely irritated with ME that THEY messed up my order. On top of that I ordered an ICED latte to which the girl made me a hot one. When I told her it was supposed to be iced, she rolled her eyes and took it back without apologizing. Didn’t get whip cream either which I asked for. I understand mistakes but didn’t appreciate how several workers there made me feel like it was my fault that they can’t read a simple ticket. I checked my receipt and everything I wanted was correct on it. I will never waste my time or money here again.

Stopped in at this Dunks while passing through the area and have to say that it was a pretty decent spot. The parking lot was huge, the staff was pleasant, and the coffee was good. The other plus was the fact that their bathrooms were spotless which is not that case at some locations.
Overall, when passing through I will stop back in if I am in the mood for a coffee!

Clean and well located, but no comfy chair, tv or wifi.
