Don’t do it! This business is a SCAM. I thought the idea sounded interesting and bought a Groupon. BIG mistake. First off, they are virtually impossible to get a hold of. If you manage to get thru and make an appointment — beware!
First off: All they use is a shop vac — which with greater research I discovered is not the proper tool to use.
Heck, I coulda’ done this myself.
Second: BIG (and I mean BIG) upsell. An like an idiot I fell for it (I was under a lot of stress that day)
Third: the technician left a mess all over the floor and it trailed to the front door. Not cool — especially since he
tried to claim my dust could contain mold.
I came to my senses shortly after and made numerous attempts to cancel my order and related charges. Yeah, good luck with that. Extremely difficult to get a hold of an unresponsive. So, I have set up a dispute thru my credit card company, am writing this review, and may even see about notifying the attorney general.
