Called because water and power reported a tree touching powerlines. Came promptly and on time. Pointed out that the tree in question was one in the neighbors yard not mine and that mine was actually in compliance. Had suggestions for improving the way my tree should be trimmed better in the future. Will use the next time I have a need.

Really don’t understand the other reviewers here. I’ve used this company for years at my home with no complaints. They do good work, are pleasant to be with, are respectful of my home and things and clean up when they’re done. And their prices are fair and they’ve always returned phone calls. As for«butchering» trees, some types of trees do best when they’re, basically, topped. Others need to be sculpted. They do both well and my trees grow back looking great. Give them a shot.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I used them. From the start they were awful at returning phone calls, I should have known. They did take town the trees, but in the process they also destroyed our sprinkler system. They cut the box off the wall — I don’t even know why that was necessary and they broke the sprinkler heads. But, worst of all, they dropped tree roots into the pool and damaged the pool. After I told them about the issue, the owner yelled at me repeatedly, saying he’s never heard of damage from dropping tree roots into the pool. After I asked him to stop yelling, he hung up. So basically, yeah, don’t use them.

Took half a year and regular phone calls for them to finish a job. Mediocre work from the start even if they had completed the job on time.

Boy, how I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars. This business really, really sucks. They don’t show. They don’t call. Then they sneak in and butcher your trees when you’re not looking. DONOTUSETHEM. really, you can trust me, I’m a disgruntled homeowner with ugly trees…
