This place is a snakepit. Not only are items overpriced, they are often past their expiration date. Then this locally abhorred owner will not cooperate if you request a refund!
Hordes of overworked, mistreated employees will testify to abusive meanness and psychotic demands, including cleaning toilets and needing to be available at her whim — such as being texted at 5:00 a. m by her store manager to make sudden personal demands. Excessive bullying. Owner refuses to set a weekly work schedule and illegally stalls paycheck. No employee stays for long! Even verbally & vilely slanders her employees to their faces…

Obviously a well– known bad reputation within the surrounding business community and buying public, as experienced whenever her name is mentioned.

OMFG is right! The WORST, WORST, WORST customer service EVER, I went there to use my Conejo deal. The so called manager was beyond rude. She told my friend and I that we could not use our mobile device to purchase our items. Ok that’s fine. Although I do find that extremely odd w/​the technology that we have these days. Especially when the deal states just bring UR mobile device in & show UR deal. But that’s fine.
It was how this so called manager handled the situation. So, so, so unprofessional! She took the book of papers that they had collected & was shoving them up our faces. Really! Is this how anyone wants to be treated when they go to spend good money? I was shocked how we were treated!
Needless to say we will not be going back to this establishment and I was looking forward to a good beauty supply store! I’ll be going elsewhere!

This review is strictly about how the owner, Diane, conducts herself. In August of 2012 I saw that they had posted a sign looking for a part time sales associate so I went in and picked up an application. After going through the interview process I was very excited to start working here.
The manager Laura treated me as if I was a little child who deserved to be walked over. Within my first week of working there I was scolded for forgetting simple tasks like shutting off the open sign when I was closing down the store. I know that this is obviously not acceptable, but come on, my first week?
While working here I was experiencing some medical issues. At one point I was rushed to the hospital because I was having trouble breathing and experiencing major panic attacks. I notified my manager immediately since I had to be at work that day. Since I went to the ER around 9 am and didn’t have work until 4 I thought I would of been out on time, but sadly not. I ended up staying in the hospital for 5 days while the doctors ran tests on me and made sure I was stable on medication. When I returned to work I found out that I was FIRED for having to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM. Not a way to conduct business and definitely not professional.
I have also heard from a former employee that she was fired after TAKING MATERNAL LEAVE. She was pregnant with her third child and after giving birth and coming back to work when she was scheduled to, Diane fired her. This is not a way to conduct business. She is definitely the «bitch» of agoura as many people have had similar experiences with her.

This review is for the hair salon… STAY AWAY !!! I have never had a worse experience anywhere. Her name is FERI, please never ever let this woman touch your hair. Took my 18 year old daughter for a color, her roots had grown out and she wanted them touched up to match her hair. Well, after Feri was done, it looked like nothing had been done. Roots were light brown and hair was black. When I nicely voiced my concern Feri became extremely defensive, raising her voice, pointing fingers at me and got in my face arguing. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone before, she was awful and said she was going to charge me double if she were to redo it for her.
Thankfully the manager was there and just told her to do it anyway!

THIS PLACE GETS AN «F «
I bought eye cream for my wife and unknowing to me it was expired. Tried to return with PROOF of purchase and the owner said «NO «Ok we were past the 30 days return date. However. just the fact I was sold an expired product should have warranted an in store credit. You think?
I have bought many things for my wife from here in the past. over $ 1000.00 a year. They have now lost me as a client FOREVER and … I will make sure everyone knows how they conduct business.
