I recently ordered (for delivery) the Romantic Bloom arrangement. In addition to having the order fulfilled in less than 12 hours (I was in a crunch), Anne emailed and sent me confirmations throughout the process, since my order required some special instructions. Not only was I impressed with the customer service, but the recipient of the flowers was presently surprised and delighted by their arrangement. I would highly recommend their flower shop to anyone interested in supporting local business and in search of high-quality, friendly service. 5-out-of-5 STARS!

I’m so disappointed by the arrangement I ordered. Nothing like the picture!!! 4 wilted tulips. My friend laughed at me when she received them. Will never order from them again!
Emailed the owner twice and never even got a response back!!! Terrible customer service.

I ordered a bouquet from colorado for my mother in California and within minutes of ordering Ann contacted me to tell me one of the specific flowers in the bouquet wasn’t in stock. I wanted a unique looking flower and she said she would find something similar to that specific flower to put in it’s place. The bouquet was beautiful!!! and my mother was so delighted. Thank you so much! You really were a stress reliever. My son was getting married in Agoura Hills and I am in SF Bay Area. I sent pictures of decorated mason jars and we agreed on flowers. Anne picked up the jars from my hotel and delivered them to the venue. I arrived after the rehearsal and the arrangements were perfect. Lots of compliments and the guest took home a fabulous gift.

I had an important order that needed to be delivered before noon; Ann initially told me she wasn’t sure if she could deliver them by then, but came through in the end with a beautiful custom bouquet delivered on time.
Very dependable, helpful customer service, and great selection of arrangements. Definitely go with them in the Thousand Oaks area!

Agoura Flowers was recommended by the wedding venue I chose and I’m SO glad. Anne did a wonderful job. Well exceeded my expectations and wowed me! She was able to track down my favorite flower which were out of season might I add. Everything was perfect even all the little details.
Price was best in town and she also worked with my tight budget.
If you are planning a wedding this is the place to go that you can trust and depend on to make the flowers exactly how you want them.

My husband sent me flowers the Monday before Mother’s Day so I could enjoy them at work all week. They did not have the exact display they had online. So Agoura Flowers created a different version with some questions from my husband. They turned out beautiful. I sent my husband pictures and he was very impressed. I loved the arrangement and they lasted all week long and smelled great! Everyone was very jealous!

Support your local florists (and local businesses, in general)!
I made the mistake of trying to go through 1−800-FLOWERS to get a Valentine’s delivery to my sweetheart. Made the order on February 1^st for a February 14^th delivery date. The flowers never arrived yesterday.
To make up for the utter failure of 1−800-FLOWERS (terrible, terrible customer service), I called this local florist near my Valentine’s work. I spoke with Ann (e), told her my dilemma, and she helped me pick a bouquet that was delivered same day. She even helped with my message («Sorry these are late. Will you still be my Valentine?»).
My love was thrilled! This florist made what was a disappointing situation into a happy ending :)
