Worst service ever, if you offer online delivery service that gives the customer the option to choose a delivery time and you don’t abide by it then take the service off your website. Whether you call or order online one should not take priority over the other. If you are a new customer, this shop won’t really care about doing business with you. So… Don’t even bother.

For a born & raised New Yorker who is super skeptical about any pizza on the west coast after being disappointed time & time again, the pizza was actually good. And all my buddies from back east that I made try it to see if i was going crazy and delusional from wanting pizza so bad, they agreed too! AND THE PIZZA WAS COLD!!!(best personal preference) I am so glad i found this place, and will definitely be back again. Closest slice to home in a while.

This place is the leader of the pack. It is clean, very fresh food and always greeted with a sincere smile. I highly recommend ameci’s in agoura hills to any family or business that wants fresh food and to be treated respectfully. I have a teenager with serious special needs. Mike, the owner asks about my son every time we come in. He even goes the extra mile to deliver to our home when I cannot get out to go pick up (we live six miles from the restaraunt), now that’s service! The cooks are friendly and like when we watch through the glass window. Thank you for a great experience! Keep it up. We rarely find a place that appreciates it when we choose to go there!

Had not ordered from here for a long time but had a last minute dinner for 10. Ordered pizza, antipasto salads,;and wings. All were very good. Their veggie pizza was excellent. The service was fine and all the extras I ordered were in the bags. Will be back.

We have ordered here several times. The pizza is a crowd pleaser and always tasty. The best part is the online ordering through Unilocal!I can schedule my delivery for anytime which means I can order it several hours before I need it. No need to stop in the middle of a party or a meeting to remember to order the pizza.

Ameci’s makes a delicious pizza, with excellent flavors, pizzas that taste better than ones from other restaurants and stores; really, really, good!
I have a past with Ameci’s from the town where I used to live. When family would come for a Sunday visit, having Ameci’s pizza became a treat/​tradition that everyone enjoyed. Now, I live in Agoura Hills, and it’s so nice to have an Ameci’s nearby, that delivers all the way out to us in the hills and is also convenient for me to stop by for a carry-​out order, which I did this evening.
Mike, the owner/​operator, has answered the phone each time I’ve called; he couldn’t be nicer, and his Ameci’s pizza? Well, that pizza tonight had to be the best ever!

As a chef I understand the quest for consistent quality and flavor. Mike, the owner/​operator of this Ameci is on the job and I’ve always received the best product that is packed with great flavor and consistently of high quality. Mike uses a yeast dough making his pizza always the way it’s requested. Ask for extra cheese and sauce? Ya better mean it… you’ll get it too. Their salads are always fresh and the pasta is great too. Have been going to this Ameci for over 20 years.

Went to this Ameci after a disappointing experience at a competitor. I’m really glad I did. Mike is a great owner/​operator who truly cares about his customers, and his products. The Pizza and service were Grade A. I will support Mike and his team as he is the epitome of professional service.
Go see Mike and tell em’ his ol’ customer Michael referred you! You won’t be disappointed.

I just got off the phone with the manager Mike. Very disappointed. I spent $ 6.99 plus 75 cents for extra sauce for a chicken parmigiana sandwich. Upon inspection there was hardly any chicken in it. Lots of bread but hardly any meat. Needless to say I was hungry after eating it (was tasty). I called Mike to complain, as we are regular customers. He said he noticed that the bread was too large for the meat. I corrected him, that the bread was fine, there was no meat in it. I paid $ 7.75 for an almost meatless sandwich. He could not help me. He said it won’t happen next time, or if I wanted he would make me another and I can come pick it up. Very disappointed we will not be returning there. After reading the reviews I noticed others had the same issue with no chicken in the sandwich. The least they could do was refund us. I asked him to send my complaint to the corporate office the response I got was

Sauce is the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. The crust is the right softness + chewiness along with a slight crispness. All around one of the best pizzas i’ve ever had… and I must say, i have ALOTTT of pizza.

Horrible place. I ordered last night a pizza and salad to be delivered to my house. The delivery guy gets there with no salad. So while I try to explain to him that they forgot it, my daughter got to the pizza and dropped it
I told the manager that this all happened because they forgot my pizza. Instead of sending me a new pizza and a salad that costs literally nothing to him, he chose to refund me.
How rude? I have hungry children at home and this is all he cares about.
Never going back and I’ll make sure to let everyone know how horrible this place is.

my go-​to lunch pizza place near the office.
great variety of lunch specials, and quality ingredients. so much tastier than winner’s across the street and z-​pizza, both of which serve bland sauce and toppings and flat, dense crusts.
ameci’s sauce has a little zing to it, and their crust has been properly risen and baked in a HOT enough oven to give it some nice crispness, chewiness, and those great air bubbles along the edge.
the staff has always been super nice and polite, and $ 8 for a two-​topping custom made fresh pizza, a good-​sized salad, and drink is a great value!

We came rolling in 15 min before closing time and were starving! Mr Ameci welcomed us in, no problem. He even let us eat in the restaurant as they started closing up, as we were just passing thru and would have had to eat in our car otherwise. So nice.
My personal size Margherita pizza was light and fresh and the dough was perfect, not heavy or chewy. The BF got the Italian sausage and peppers over linguini and loved the pasta and sauce. He said the sausage was rather generic and only all right. If not for that, this would be a 5 star review.

Rude service. The few times we’ve ordered, they’ve never exactly been peaches, but today I was really not happy. When we got our food, they asked for cash even though we already paid with a card. Our delivery man told us to be careful bringing the spaghetti in because it was badly «leaking» and he was not kidding, the juice from the tomato sauce was leaking everywhere.
After rushing the food inside without getting any red sauce on our carpets, I told him we had a problem with the bill, so he called up management for me and they argued with me! For one thing they said I asked them for extra dressings when I did not. I didn’t want to argue with this guy about why else the tab was so high so I told them a mistake is a mistake, but we would be ordering from our usual place next time.
Anyway management did nothing to try to make the situation right they basically just hung up on me. This was the last straw we will not be back.
