My family and I are currently leasing at the Keswick building in North Hollywood. I’ll start off by saying this is a brand new building. The apartment complex overall is very clean, I always see people sweeping and mopping the floors. The building manager Maria is very sweet and extremely helpful– responds right away when anything is needed. So far we’ve only needed one service for maintenance. As soon as I put in my plumbing request, I received a phone call from our building manager within a few minutes telling me the problem would be taken care of right away(a plumber showed up within 2 hours). Wonderful service! Overall, great atmosphere and wonderful building manager — will definitely be renewing our lease. Can’t say enough great things about our building and about our building manager Maria. Forgot to mention we even received some chocolate goodies during the holidays Thank you archways and management!

I currently live in the Keswick Apartments in North Hollywood area owned by Archway Property and let’s just say the current manager there — Ms MARIARAMIREZ is a complete stickler who goes above and beyond to «police» the building instead of having the best intentions for the tenants. She’s entered my apartment on numerous occasions earlier than agreed without warning. Have chosen to highlight on 3 occasions her poor decision making. When I moved in with my roommates, yea the place was brand new as they had just been built but Maria thought the place being brand new would mask the dirt and that her and her team wouldn’t have to request cleaners before we moved in. The floors were filthy, residue from construction, and bathtubs dusty all upon move in. Strike 1. Eventually my bedroom light switch broke which had a «dimming» feature which all the rooms and common areas possess. She did not offer to replace the switch with a dimmer due to the inconvenience and instead gave me a switch without the dimmer out of easiness for her job. Strike 2. Just recently, I’ve been parking sometimes on the street since I share tandem parking with my roommates. I got a parking ticket for«obscuring the entrance to the driveway» to the entrance of the parking garage for our apartments at exactly 10:29pm. And thought it was so odd that at this time at night and in this area where there’s NEVER parking patrol besides for morning street cleanings that I would receive a parking ticket for something of this nature — mind you I was not blocking the gate entrance ATALL. Come to find out it was Maria Ramirez the manager of the apartments who went out of her way to patrol the nearby parking street in front of the building after hours around 1030pm at night and she called parking patrol to come ticket my car and tow it. Luckily I received only a ticket. But really you do not want to have her as your housing manager. She’s inconsiderate, not flexible or accommodating, and makes the biggest issue over the smallest things. She will monitor every little thing you do not only within common areas of the building but the circumference and nearby streets. Will not be extending my lease here while she’s manager.

I’ve rented a lot since college and had my fair share of dealing with shady property management companies. The apartment that I rented in Woodland Hills was very clean, roomy, and great the last year and the leasing process was made easy by Rusty and his team. Whenever I had any problems they were a phone call away and I could pay my rent online! Super convenient. One less thing to worry about. Great people and team!

I was over my head trying to manage my rental property… considered selling to get rid of the headache. Decided to take a friends advice and call a property mgmt company. When I called, the individual was not in… left a message… didn’t get a callback for 3 days. By then, I’d been referred to Rusty and knew we would hit it off when he called me before I could call him. Rusty’s held my hand ever since… hiring him was the best investment I’ve ever made. It now makes sense to keep my rental property and let Rusty take care of the rest. Thank you Archways Property Management !!!

It was my first investment property and Rusty Heyman at Archways was so helpful in obtaining a credit report, drawing up a lease agreement, and providing me with a great move in checklist. There were so many things I hadn’t thought about, but Archways had it all down to a science!
