I love camp bow wow for so many reasons. Mainly my dogs come back happy and tired from day camp and it’s an affordable place to put them as I am selling my house and so much more humane then leaving them locked in their crates all day during showings and open houses. I love that I can call and most days they can squeeze me in without calling weeks ahead. The staff is friendly and my dogs sleep so well after a play date at their camp.

I like that your staff remembers the dogs and their families. The staff always seem genuinely happy to see the dogs and take good care of them. I am also glad that you keep good records on vaccinations so we know that our dog is protected.

I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for boarding. My two large dogs are very happy to come here and they have always been very well cared for and I know they are safe and secure when we are away.

We recently had our dog, Winston, trained at Camp Bow Wow. Landon was a fantastic trainer and I would highly recommend him. The class was excellent and Landon is very informative. I also had Landon come to our house to do a private training for me. We recently adopted WInston and I wanted to make sure that he and our current golden, Buddy would get along with each other. Landon was very helpful and I will definitely be attending the next training class that he is offering. I have attended other facilities for dog training and I have to say that Camp Bow Wow was the best experience.

While my review is important, It’s more important to me to watch my Dog’s behavior. My dog loves Bow Wow Agoura Hills. She’s happy walking in the front door, she looks happy when we check in and watch her on the camera and she’s got a happy disposition after she’s been picked up. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

Camp Bow Wow is a great place for day care. My dog gets all the exercise he needs and stays cool on hot summer days and dry on rainy ones. The staff is friendly but adheres to a strict policy of timely vaccinations and good behavior from dogs and owners alike. This I say as a plus. I know my dog is safe there. He comes back exhausted (in a good way) and he runs to the door when we arrive. I love the camera. Try not to obsess over it and enjoy your day off.

This was a truly horrific experience. There is absolutely no excuse for the rude and aggressive woman in charge of customer service at this facility. In a part of the world where there is no shortage of consistently good pet daycare and boarding, this was a surprising experience. Verbally confronting customers then refusing to return the week-​long supply of dog food left overnight for a dog? Really?
There are plenty of places in the area that are capable of taking good care of pets while also being somewhat pleasant for us humans to interact with. I strongly suggest going elsewhere. Unless you have masochistic tendencies. Then I might recommend Tracy.
Update: received a call back from a different, more amicable employee who explained my dog’s food had been tagged for another dog. So in addition to everything, my dog was with them from 9 am Saturday to 8 am Sunday and was not fed once. So Henry and I?

I’ve had my two small dogs here for day camps and overnight camp for a long weekend. I can always go to work or go on vacation with complete peace of mind that my girls are safe and in good hands. They have fun playing with other dogs and I’m happy with the exercise they get from it. And, they get to be dogs!
I also appreciate the people who work there. Sam is extremely nice and helpful whenever I call. I appreciate the fact that this facility encourages you to call and check on your dogs as much as you want! The report cards are super cute and helpful too. I love hearing about how they do! When boarding, they are more than happy to take their dog beds and blankets and set them up in their cabin. Just like they’re at home :) Most facilities don’t allow you to bring your own beds and blankets.
Also, it made me very happy that there is usually a person inside the small dog own for quite some time throughout the day. They take the time to sit with them, hold them, pet them, play with them. My Chihuahua definitely appreciated this– she would sit in their laps the entire time! Just like she does at home :)
I have the app on my phone so I can check on them whenever I want. Only complaint is that the camera quality is poor, jumpy, and there’s always a delay. Cameras and quality of the app could and should definitely be improved for a better customer experience.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this place!

I’ve boarded my dog here on several occasions, sometimes just for a day and often for 2 or 3 nights. She has always come back happy and without incident. I love that the staff provides you with a «report card» at the end of the visit. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and have gone out of their way to make the entire experience pleasant and hassle free. I highly recommend CBW.

Our dogs love CBW; they have camped at the CBW’s in Agoura Hills, Connecticut, and Memphis. The Agoura Hills location is fantastic. The staff is always friendly, helpful and true dog lovers. Clean facility. When I drop my dogs off at Camp Bow Wow I have complete confidence that my dogs are safe and well cared for the duration of their stay.

My family loves Camp Bow Wow in Agoura. The staff is so friendly and will help with anything you need. We even call and checked on our dogs during our last trip. They were very friendly and gave us a very detailed report. As a pet owner we were so happy. Our dogs also love going to daycare and boarding at this location. We have tried several others in town and our dogs just don’t ask happy. Camp Bow Wow also has webcam’s if you want to check in and see how things are going. I’m so please. We LOVE Camp Bow Wow. Thank you for taking such excellent care of our babies!

I’ve been taking my Juliet to CBW since she was 4 months old. The staff, (esp Landon and Sam), are genuinely happy to see her, and she strains on her leash to get inside! Actually, once we exit the freeway, and we get closer to Camp, she begins to go ballistic and once there, is so excited to get inside! The fact that I can check in on my ‘baby’ throughout the day via webcam, is priceless!
I love that the other dogs have been screened, and have passed the friendliness test and are up to date w vaccinations. She is one cheerfully exhausted pup when we pick her up, and I’m guilt free, knowing she had a great day playing, and wasn’t bored and crated at home, while I was at work!

Love CBW! The staff is so friendly and are always happy to see my furry buddy. This is my go to place for doggy day care or for wearing out my 1 year old lab pup :)

Camp Bow Wow was a life saver… literally!!! When our new rescue dog went crazy when the kids went to school, and I to work, I did not know what to do… I had a newly built kennel in the back, dog toys, etc., but he wouldn’t have any of it! I called Camp Bow Wow and the staff were amazing! Imagine my surprise when I learned our little pup had been there three times with the previous owner!!! Landon, the Camp Director, is great and the staff really seem happy to see Harrison. They are really good about giving him his food (when he eats it!). I highly recommend the camp, and for now, Harrison’s home away from home!!!

Beautiful location with fantastic staff! This is the only place I leave my dogs when I travel. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable that I feel completely comfortable leaving my dogs for days on end. I recommend everyone bring their dog here!

I bring my dogs here and they are well taken care of. The staff follows instructions and genuinely love dogs. Both my dogs are able to kennel together for a reduced rate. It is pricey, but I like being able to watch my pups on the webcam.

Camp Bow Wow is not only great doggie day care, but also has a great dog trainer, Sam Newman. He has provided our boxer puppy with train and play and has worked on stay, come stay and wait commands as well as offering leash walking advice. The training carries over to the home quite well. I’ve been taking our three year old dog here every time we go on vacation since he was 6 months old. They are efficient checking us in and our dog strains at the leash because he’s so eager to get in and join the fun. We are usually done within 5 minutes and that is quick – our other boarding service isn’t fast and makes us wait 20 min to get checked in.
We do watch our baby from the «camper cams» during our trip and it’s nice to be able to see him while we are gone. Also, the hours are very flexible and we really appreciate being able to pick him up on Sundays and holidays.
Our only criticisms and they aren’t big ones – our dog stinks if we are gone for more than a couple of days. Do yourself a favor and pay for the bath on pick up day. And it’s really loud when they answer the phone – tons of barking. It would drive me nuts for more than a couple of minutes. But it’s only a minute or two on the phone. It’s muffled in the lobby when you are actually in there.
Overall, it’s reasonably priced at about $ 50/​night, the staff is friendly and professional, it’s efficient and clean and our little guy loves it. Your dog must be social to attend and they are careful about checking – which is good for the other dogs.
