Fine Alteration

Worse service ever!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t waiste your time going there. The manager is so rude and unprofessional. She asked for $ 28 to change a zipper and $ 25 for a hem. I went to Lyna Tailoring in Westlake VIllage and she was wonderful! She did it in one (!) day for half the price.

Sheri did a wonderful job. I had to get a bridesmaids dress get altered and I had completely forgotten about it till the day of the wedding. Sheri was completely understanding and was willing to help me to get to the wedding on time. She let me come into the store before they opened and was able to get my dress altered and out the door on time for me to make the big day. She did a great job and I really appreciate her turn around time and especially her prices! All of my other girlfriends paid more than double what I paid to have the dress shortened. Sheri is amazing and I will definately be back!!!

This place is horrible. The owner is really rude. I had a gown altered there, when I came to pick it up it was ready, however when I asked her to steam it, she said «we are not the cleaners, we don’t do that. I don’t have a machine. If you have an iron at home, you can do it yourself.» She gave me back an altered gown which was wrinkled and without a protective bag. I will never go to this place again.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! I wish i could give it negative stars.
I took pants to get hemmed there. They told me it would be ready on Tuesday. I had been busy so I went to pick them up the following tuesday (a week after it was supposed to be ready, the day before I left the country) & they were not ready. She told me to wait an hour and a half for her to do it. she said «itll take me 5 min but i have customers so wait». I was appalled. She was already a week late and told me to wait an extra hour and a half for a supposedly 5 min job.” FYI there werent any customers in the shop waiting. JUST ME.
In this day and age with all the competition, I am SHOCKED that I place with such horrible customer service could stay in business.

This place is absolutely horrible for customer service. The owner is down right rude, every time I go in there and I’ve seen her also be rude to many other customers as well as argue with them. The only reason I continued going there is because it’s convenient. Today was the the last straw though. This is about the 10^th time I have gone in to pick up my item and it wasn’t ready. She said come back later. It was due two days ago! I just said to forget it and I’ll go somewhere else. She located my blouse bunched up in the bottom of a pile of other people’s clothes, which is always the way she does things, never hangs them up. The place is totally unorganized. You never get a receipt either. Again, I’d rather do it myself, by hand then to go into this place again. Also, she only accepts cash. Worst place ever.
