As an Israeli martial arts instructor it’s so important for me to keep in shape, fit and healthy to inspire my students, after all who would want to train with over weight, slow instructor… Scott has been helping me for over two years now to be in shape, loose weight and breaking my own limits month after month in the most professional way there is. The gym is clean, wide, private lots of equipment and parking is always available. I highly recommend to come and try!

Ryan Hogan is the best trainer I have ever had! He spends a lot of time showing you the proper techniques. He watches you to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and the best part is he stretches you out after your workout! I would totally recommend Ryan if you need a personal trainer!

Ryan Hogan is the best trainer in the area. His knowledge of exercise is unparalleled. The first time he had me do a squat, he was not just standing next to me counting, he was watching my ankles, knees, low back, and every other part of the body that is used in a squat. I feel very safe with ryan because I know that I’m not going to get injured while working out. Ryan is great working with the average high school athlete all the way up to professional athletes. Keep whipping us into shape Ryan!
