This place really went far and beyond what I had expected. They special made our breakfast, just the way we wanted it and the manager Jose was more than willing to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our order. He was great and made our dining experience pleasant. I do however have two things that I wish they could work on: 1) the openings of the trash cans are way to small to bus your table and 2) This particular restaurant seems to always have a sewer-like order to it as if they have a perpetual plumbing problem.

Literally just sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes. Unbelievable. When I finally got to the drive through, the guy behind the counter tried to fix it by giving me a «free water»… Which… is free anyways… Right? He explained that they were understaffed. They had lost my order because it had been so long. I won’t stop at this jack in the box location, ever again. After I received my food, I received a call from the district manager.(Posted the above to Jack in the Box’s feedback site) he was nice, but had no idea how to resolve the problem, so the call was an apology with no solution. I then opened my bag to find that they gave me the wrong order. Simply ridiculous.

I had a really bad experience at this Jack-in-the-Box, I wanted to purchase a grilled cheese that I was craving and was kinda of in a hurry, so I payed with my debit card and when handing my card I received my food and left, I later noticed(10 min later) that I didn’t have card nor ever received a receipt of purchase. I went back to the drive through were I was greeted by a different cashier a much ruder one that in a very sarcastic unhappy tone told me he has no credit cards.

I have had two bad experiences with this location so far, so I’m a little disappointed. The first time, I was so excited for my chicken nuggets and they gave me egg rolls instead? I was already half way to my destination so I didn’t turn around, and the egg rolls were disgusting. Just yesterday I went through the drive through between school and work in a hurry, and it took forever to get to the window. As I was driving away I took a sip of what I thought was going to be diet coke, that turned out to actually be regular coke. I ended up throwing that away because it was way too sweet. This time I finally got my chicken nuggets, but they were cold): It’s so sad when you’re looking forward to a certain menu item and it’s wrong every time. I definitely learned my lesson with this location… no high expectations if I ever return.

I will never come here again. Just look at the pics. I have honestly never had an experience like this at any fast food restaurant. This is the first. We ordered a curly fries, egg roll, and a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich had a big black round dot on it. And also a bunch of weird looking specs all over the bread. You can see for yourself. We think it is mold. It is either mold or a burnt part but it honestly looks like mold. Especially because if you look at the entire patty, there are a bunch of round weird spots all over it. Absolutely disgusting. We were so grossed out that we threw all of the food away. We called immediately and spoke to a worker there but there was no manager available. I called again another time and they again said there is no manager available. This could be a lawsuit. I still have not gotten my money back or anything at all but I can definitely say I will not be coming here again. If you are someone that prepares this food how can you not see all these defects on the food? Never again.

Call me crazy but we love the tacos here. No they don’t taste like real tacos but there’s something addicting to these deep fried, previously frozen, not likely real meat, crunch fest. Two for a buck you can’t go wrong. Add a cookies and cream milkshake and an order of onion rings and you can call it dinner. I’ve always had extremely friendly cashiers at this location. I’m not a big fan if the rest of the menu, But hey… when you like something, stick with it.

This place is bad starting from the customer service and ending with the food… The cashier could not get my order correct and had a slight attitude, I had to repeat myself several times and she still forget part of my order, then i got my food and the fries and chicken strips were double dipped in the fryer I asked for fresh fries but my daughter ate the chicken strips my salad was not fresh and some leaves were withered. Needless to say I’m not returning here ever again.

After giving a $ 20.00 for a breakfeast sandwich that totaled $ 3.50, the cashier quickly gave me change of less than $ 1.50 with the receipt on top of the dollar bill. Ironically, it was the lack of proper coin change(less than 50 cents) that caught my eye. When I informed the woman that she gave me the wrong change, she quickly asked me if she forgot to give me a «ten.» As she tried to hand me a ten dollar bill, I told her that I was still being given the wrong change. Finally, she handed me the correct change of $ 16.50. Beware!

Tacos, curly fries and poppers are the only thing I think are worth stopping for and getting at a jack in the box. And at this location they can’t even make the tacos good. After ordering 2 they were greasy and soggy with no crunch! As I peeled the stuck wrapper off the limp tacos I didn’t even want to eat them anymore. And I wish I didn’t! They tasted old and only of grease. I should have just got a protein bar at the gas station! Like most of their locations the food is just greasy and oily, even by fast food standards.

So I almost didn’t want to write this because it’s publicly admitting I… eat fast food. Tis true, from time to time even a foodie will lower themselves and succumb to something cheap and convenient in a pinch. That being said, the service here is wonderful. I have gone a few times for lunch and am greeted so warmly and professionally in the drive through lane. They’ve never gotten my order wrong and they’re always nice. They exceed my expectations of drive through food. If you need fast food in a pinch, this place is golden.

I was very surprised at the response I received after complaining about the breakfast sausage croissant. I received two calls — one from the corporate office and one from a manager at the location in Agoura Hills. Both calls were professional and apologetic, and they seemed genuinely interested to know more about the experience so they could get to the bottom of it and work to fix it. I was also invited back to the restaurant to try another breakfast, which I did this morning. I met the manager who was extremely nice and professional. Even though my original review about the sausage croissant was negative, he thanked me for it. I was given my choice of any item to try, so they could hope to win back my business. I had their Jumbo Breakfast Platter and it was extremely good. I would order it again — and recommend it to others. So, in all fairness, I wanted to write this follow up to say they handled my original complaint extremely well. They have excellent customer service and showed that they really care about every individual. They look at a negative experience like mine as a chance to learn and improve. My thanks to the corporate office, as well as the management of the Agoura Hills(Kanan) location.

Each Thanksgiving, my husband and I try to get out the door as early as possible(far too early to be hungry) to start our long journey from Santa Barbara to Huntington Beach. We always stop at this Jack in the Box because it’s so convenient, but this year we got an extra bonus by having Dana take our order. He was so nice and friendly, asked about our plans for the day with the biggest smile ever. My husband thought he could have been the manager, but wasn’t sure. If he’s not, he should be! Wonderful experience, thanks Dana!

Really random. Now they’re super good again. It’s like corporate is breathing down their backs. But they honestly seem genuinely nice here. They always ask if you need any sauce, everything is much more fresh, and they say have a great day. Lines are pretty short still. The inside is nice and remodeled, still. Thanks for the improvments!

What can I say about Jacques? This one is better than most. Still, its menu is boring at best. Its food is just barely adequate and why do the smells of their bathrooms always seem to reach the eating area. Point in its favor: I actually like some of the art on the walls.

Once in a while when I don’t make coffee to bring to work, I swing through this drive-in at the intersection of Kanan and Agoura to get my caffeine. The guys at the window are super and the visit is quick. Even when there are several cars in line it is a great deal, so swing in and get your coffee on. This is a review for super duper coffee service. No they do not inject it intravenously but when they start doing that I will be there.

I’ve been hitting this Jack since the 1970s! However, this review is only for modern days. Bottom line: These guys know how to run a fast, efficient and friendly drive-thru. That is huge to me. The food is Jack-In-the-Box food – pretty much the same wherever you go. If you don’t like it, don’t blame the restaurant. Anyway, super-friendly and fast – perfect.

Bad. Went through the drive through with my boyfriend. First off, the drive-thru guy was barely able to speak english. Not a good quality for someone taking voice orders. He told us $.25 extra to add sausage to a Breakfast Jack. We told him we wanted four of the Jack’s, subsituting the ham for sausage. Said it at least three different ways. As we finally pull away with our food I realize it was quite expensive. They charged way more than what he originally told me. Decided to check the food, it had ham. Not only it still had ham, but it was melted in with the cheese so we couldn’t remove it. Getting a refund was the most difficult thing for the workers and manager to grasp. They seemed shocked we didn’t want to keep the food. After they finally came to terms with it, manager slowly sauntered over to the drive-thru register and wasted even more time slowly counting out the money.
