I had the good fortune to be introduced to Douglas and «On Target Computer Consulting» several years ago when I had some major problems with lost data on my computer. Because I live in Northern CA, Douglas worked with me long distance, «entering» my computer and effectively reversing what I’d thought to be a complete data disaster. Since then, he has generously answered questions via email or telephone, always coming up quickly with the right answers! Douglas is head and shoulders above any IT professional I have worked with, and I am infinitely grateful for his service.

I have a monicker for Douglas: «The Cleaner». We were left (quite literally abandoned) by another so-​called IT professional who was obviously in over his head by merely switching our small office from Windows to Mac. When Douglas arrived, he systematically assessed the state of our network, evaluated our needs and implemented the appropriate solutions. This guy has MAD tech chops! He was knowledgeable, courteous, direct and textbook professional. From what we saw, there’s no computer-​based issue that Douglas Kruschen can not solve in short order.

We met Douglas through our daughter and we have used his services many times since then. He has rescued us through a very bad virus on our computer. This is a small business and always prompt and dependable. There isn’t anyone else we would trust with our computer needs. Douglas knows his computers! And a very nice guy also.

I can’t remember how I found Douglas, but he came to me earlier late last year during a database emergency and completely saved me, and then last week he came to install a new computer and not only did a fantastic job, but at a fraction of the price I’d paid a competitor the last time I need some help with installing a computer. I highly recommend him. Plus, he’s a nice guy – and he obviously knows what he’s doing.

I met Douglas during a very stressful «911» emergency. He came to our office, calmed us all down and fixed our network.
This was at least two years ago and just this week, it was «Douglas to the rescue.» Once again, he made sure our transition from one system to another went off without a hitch and our 100% internet based corporate business didn’t suffer one second of down time!

Doug listens to what you want to accomplish and tries to make sure you get your moneys worth. He is both knowledgeable and efficient. I just transitioned to a mac from many years on pc’s. I had old software and several old machines. He helped me figure out what to keep and what to get rid of.

I didn’t want to pay the high price of a «Geek Squad Guy» and found this brilliant alternative. Doug at OnTarget is my computer Yoda. He set up my system when I recently made the switch from PC to Mac and has helped me navigate through the small differences and along the way has offered great advice on everything from «how do I do this» to «my kids want to download from this site — is it safe?»
Affordable, timely, efficient, knowledgable, trustworthy, pleasant and I will be happy to invite him back at any time I need computer repair or upgrades. Doug is a hero in my book (although I just made him sound like a boy scout) — definitely the go-​to guy (except he comes to you!!) Covers a good portion of so cal
