I’m Done With This Store ! Went In To Pick Up A Sale Item, Drove !0 Miles With A Check From My Wife’s Account, Because I Was A Little Light On Cash At The Moment.(She Made It Out For Me Earlier In The Day.) The Manager Who You Could Barely Understand, Kept Going On About Not Wanting A Problem And Etc. Etc. Etc. ! I Had A Long Day At Work & As A Resident Of The Area For Over Forty Years I Will NEVER Return Again, My Apologies !!!

Amazing Rite Aid store! Great customer service, many options to choose from, and a fabulous pharmacy. If it is hot outside, there is amazing ice cream inside, with many flavors to choose from. Take it from me, this is one amazing store!

I go in here everyday and I get terrific customer service from the employees working there. They always have what I need and are very good at keeping items stocked. Belinda, Hernan. and Willy always make me feel welcome and create a friendly environment. These employees are great at there job and are really nice and deserve a raise. I wish all Rite Aid’s had employees like the one Agoura has. Thank you Rite Aid for having a great store so close to me.

I’m modifying my review from 2 stars to 1. I hate this rite aid and only go to it for it’s location. I was shorted around 40 pills when I went to get prescription. I noticed this upon returning home, turned back around and went to rite aid and then had to argue with the guy for 7 minutes. If a pill pack says«84 pills» and I only have 28 then that means you shorted me. Instead of arguing with the customer and shutting down what they have to say TRYLISTENING. Plus, it’s simple math. If I have to argue with someone who is «qualified» to handle my medication and they can’t simple math, then I am worried for the quality of my medication. This rite aid is terrible.

They are pretty consistent in the pharmacy. Usually never have to wait more than 15 minutes. They tell you when it may be longer, which I appreciate. I also am so happy they still sell Thrifty Ice Cream, which is a big plus. They could use more employees, but overall, it is our go to place for pharmacy.

Isn’t the best drugstore in the area. If I have extra time unusually go to the CVS across the street — it’s way clean, more organized, and well stocked. This particular Rite Aid is kind of grungy. It’s a total mess a lot of the times too — the make up samples are very gross and a lot of the stock have been stolen or opened. I bought a box of Neosporin here once, only to go home and realized I had actually just purchased an empty box — someone had beat me to it and stolen the tube out of the box. I brought it back and was able to exchange it no problem. The staff here is a little weird but always very nice and helpful. I find that this place also isn’t necessarily cheaper than the neighboring drugstore, but then do have better back-to-school deals(10¢ for a packet of line paper, anyone?) but it always looks like a razed over war zone before school starts.

I got my flu shot here and changed pharmacies from CVS across the street. I really like the staff and the store does not have too much traffic.

I refuse to go into this Rite-Aid anymore. The store isn’t very clean and not well stocked. The atmosphere is oppressive and depressing. This is particularly true for the pharmacy. It appears that everytime I go into the pharmacy, there is a problem with my Rx or the person in front of me. This can cause a very typical long wait in line. They just can’t seem to get it together. I’ve even spoke to the mgr. Nothing seems to help. It’s an overall frustrating experience. They all scratch their head in disbelief. I have since transferred my Rx. Stay away.
