You know how you see someone eating malasada and you want one yourself. That happens to me. I see fools eating one and Im jealous. Then I see this truck in the middle of the swap meet. Im already suspect of anything at the swap meet. But I gave it a try and the malasadas are pretty legit. I’m in the middle of Aloha Stadium, I aint gonna leave to go to the usual suspects to get my malasada. Im eating it here. Right now. Glad to have such an oasis of dough in the middle of random goods and wares.

I think these were the best malasadas I’ve ever had. Not because they were free after the Honolulu Marathon and served at the finish line, but truly yummy in my tummy! I’d pick these over Leonard’s anytime! Didn’t have any luck finding them at the Swap Meet before leaving the island though.

Centerplate was serving hot fresh malasadas after the Honolulu Marathon. They were excellent! I tried to find their truck at the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet on a Wednesday afternoon but had no luck.

Food trucks specializing in Portuguese donuts or malassadas! I went to the one parked at the Swap Meet at Aloha stadium Hot and fresh donuts, dipped in your choice of cinnamon or sugar for 75 cents each. The center is warm and soft! So good! A nickel pricier than Leonard’s which i think are only 70 cents.
