Island Legacy

This store has been here as long as I can remember. I was sad to hear that they will be closing at the end of the year.
I first came here when I needed my band resized. The lady working inspected my ring and noticed a cracked in one of the diamonds and another diamond was loose in the setting. I had that all repaired for way less than the price I was expecting.
I was lured in today by the free jewelry cleaning sign and while my ring was getting cleaned I was looking at the white gold chains. Gail helped me pick one out since my naughty pooch Muppet ripped my last one off my neck along with my solitaire pendant which almost went down an elevator shaft. Again, the price was way less than I expected. Gail was so sweet and informative, I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone.
Now that I know everything in the store has close out prices, it’s going to be super hard to stay away every time I go to the mall.

Great customer service. Great selection, if they don’t have it in the store they can have it customized for you. Great and fair prices for nice high end pieces. Don’t go there if you’re looking for cheap ugly diamonds because they won’t have it. All the diamonds they have there are beautiful, unlike other stores, you can definitely see the difference in quality. Not to mention they are locally own. The ring cleaning is great.
One more thing… the century diamond is gorgeous! I’m working on getting me one lol!

Whenever I go I always ask for ashley, if she’s not working im out LOL. She really takes time with her clients and doesn’t rush you like some of the others in there. As far as inventory they have a really broad diamond selection and the prices are pretty decent. They seem to run specials a lot which is nice. My husband and I had my wedding ring made here and it came out beautifully. A little perk also is if your military you don’t pay tax, which is always nice. Save a dollar where you can right.

Their ring cleaning service is phenomenal. They also have a great selection of diamonds. The staff is always friendly and willing to help even if you are just window shopping.

excellent service! we were quoted one price in the beginning, and when it came to purchase, luckily she checked the tag again, because the first price she quoted us was a higher price than it shouldve been. the only downside is that i had to pay to reset my earrings from white to yellow.

Don’t get me wrong I love the engagement ring that my husband choose. My husband purchased a heart shaped diamond. But I don’t like the service I received after the purchase.
My husband decided to purchase insurance for my engagement ring. What a total waste of money! For starters my husband got the wrong ring size so he had to pay extra to get it re-​sized. A few months later we got engaged my diamond fell out. Yes, you read it right! My diamond fell out. Thank God the diamond fell out in my house. After an hour of crawling on my hands and knees I found the diamond in my drawer.
Since my husband was deployed at the time, I didn’t bother to mention it to him. Island Legacy made me pay to fix it even though we had purchased insurance! My heart shaped diamond was held in place by three prongs. I decided to add two more prongs to ensure that it wouldn’t fall out again. They charged me to reset it, and charged me for the two added prongs. What is the sense of purchasing insurance? I only had my ring for a few months. I had to pay several hundreds of dollars for this.
My husband told me he did get good service when he was shopping for the ring. But I didn’t experience the same kind of service when I had problems with the product. I suggest getting your jewelry else where.

Personable salespeople. My hubby picked out my engagement ring there. :-) They resized it in a couple days!
