My experience was horrible!
My fiancé and I decided to have a fun night together and buy some toys. I noticed the Unilocal discount of buy $ 10 get $ 20 gift certificate. So I bought 2. Get to the store find what we want show the cashier Junior was his name the two certificates. He say we can’t use them because he was incompetent and couldn’t find a RED BUTTON ON MY PHONE. Even though it had the redemption codes. Never wrote them down and nothing. Lost $ 20 for nothing! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! GO TO SUSIES!!! So much better there!

Gave it a 2 stars. The workers behind the counters are pleasant and friendly. They know their products. I had recently had 2 bad experience not with the workers but i think this guy must be management he is this filipino guy with glasses who goes around the place yelling and talking rudely to customers. Once i was in the video booth relaxing and enjoying the movie when suddenly i hear this loud voice yelling for someone and just a couple days ago I was with some friends and he rudely and in yelling tone of voice told us something he could have asked nicely. This was the same guy that was yelling when i was in the booth. He is very unprofessional and should go to customer service classes. I recommend not going if he is there. The rest of the workers are pleasant and friendly.

It was a pleasant experience. The customer service was good. The store could use a/​c, though.

Its the former warehouse video and I don’t go in to use their booths, so the purchase i made was a good one and I enjoyed the 50% discount. Thanks Unilocal and Island Secrets.

I didn’t feel like I was going to be sick when I left. This is not a typical sex toy shop. There’s a porn arcade and private viewing booths. They have a decent selection of porn and the Chick at the counter was very helpful.

Choice of DVDs were pretty good other than that pretty dismal place. Poor selection of toys. No A/​C, felt like a hooker in church. Speaking of hookers if your looking for a good time, there’s a few tranny walking around for hire.

E-​coupons are good for one and all, new and long-​time customers, glad to see the business keeping trend with 21^st century. Romeo and the other Filipino lad make buying intimates a comfortable and great experience
