My store had flooding problems and they promptly came and did a wonderful job of cleaning everything up every time I called them.
Super professional, efficient and overall wonderful people. Had asked for their help on another issue and they did so unhesitatingly despite being very busy.
On a separate note, these two help make the holidays brighter for homeless veterans without publicity or fanfare to honor Glenn’s late partner who was a veteran by granting Christmas wishes.

I purchased a new home and asked Glenn to come out and look at the carpet. If he was not 100% sure he could get the red dirt out of the carpet, then I was going to replace the carpet instead of having it cleaned. He assured me that he could get ALL of it out… so I went ahead and contracted him to clean the carpets.
They looked the same after he was done… there was even still pet hair along the wall from the previous owners.
Unfortunately with this kind of service you can’t go through and make sure everything was done to your standard because you can’t walk on the carpet until a day or so later. I’m going to have to replace the carpet… so now I’m out $ 225 for the cleaning and have to buy new carpet.
