Honestly I haven’t had butter mochi as delicious as the ones they sale. I want to spread the word out for them so they could share how amazing and breathe taking these butter mochi are. So unique and very well thought of, you can tell the owners are very passionate about the business they’re trying to create. I REALLY want to see them have a store front! Let’s spread the word and visit them at pearlridge and kaka’ako farmers mark, you definitely WON’T regret it!

Doesn’t mater if you don’t know what butter mochi is, go and try these sweets(they’re a Hawaiian dessert that is soft and a little chewy). I came across this stand at the farmers market and was impressed with the moist and delicious butter mochi. The original(coconut) and the pandan are my two favorite flavors. However, the tropical flavored Maui Strawberry and Hawaiian Mango were super yummy. So worth the trip to the market! Go!

Portably packaged tasty mochi. Many different flavors. Made with natural ingredients not artificial flavoring. Pandan, sweet potato and lilikoi are my favorites. The original butter mochi is awesome too! Special pumpkin crunch flavor available for the season!

Their gluten-free cookies made with a coconut flour and sweet rice flour are tasty. They offers samples of their cookies: white macadamia nut and chocolate chip, along with their mochis: coconut, strawberry-guava and pineapple. The two proprietors that runs the tans @ the Hyatt Regency are knowledgable, accommodating and Hawaiiany hospitable.

I never write reviews; in fact this is my first. But had to after tasting these cute little mochi cupcakes. Staying at the Hyatt Regency on a family vacation, I strolled downstairs for the Farmers Market. As I was walking by the Mochi Lab stand I grabbed a sample of the purple sweet potato cupcake and intended to keep walking but after that first bite I had to turn back. Purchased the purple sweet potato and matcha with red bean. Both delicious — delectably chewy like classic mochi but easy to eat like a cupcake and just the perfect sweetness. I wish there was something like this back at home!
