Pearl One

Great place to live. Safe secured building with 24 hour roaming security, heated saltwater pool, a couple BBQ areas, there’s a huge yard in the back with a mango tree. Staff is very nice and professional. My 1 bedroom unit came with one designated parking but it is a secured stall. The good thing about parking is that there’s is a 15 minute parking for loading and unloading, overnight parking for guest, weekly parking and monthly parking. There’s also a lot of street parking available. The building is a 5 minute walk away from Pearlridge mall, theaters, and the hospital. It’s about a 5 minute drive from Pearl Harbor and about a 10 minute drive to Hickam AFB. It’s pretty much central to everything.
As for the inside it comes with a washer and dryer, rooms are descent size. The living room and kitchen are average apartment size but both living room and bedroom have a huge sliding window that goes into a lanai. I highly recommend the place to people livng on Oahu.
