Took my son to the studio for a make up photo (he was sick picture taking day). Never heard back, so I called. They couldn’t find my son’s photo (it’s been 5 months). They never called to apologize or offer another sitting. Poor customer service!

Nikki just did our son’s first preschool photo! And we just LOVED it!!! She’s a pro at getting these kids to smile so naturally!
Infact, she did our older son’s preschool photo as well, and it still is our favorite school photo of all time…
She takes 3 photos, and prints out the best ones. She had all the photos ready at our school in less than a week, and we were able to pay and take home the photos on the spot.
Her helpers were very courteous and friendly and we’re so grateful for her professionalism. Our recommendation… is to do elementary and high school photos next!
Thank you for the awesome photos and for making our kids smile so naturally. I heard other parents commenting «I can’t even get him/​her to smile like that!»
And she also took siblings photos, those came out so cute!!!
