My new favorite boba spot for sure! I love everything about this place– from the atmosphere, customer service, and drinks. Everything is on point!
You walk in and are immediately greeted. The staff is all friendly (unlike some places I’ve been to where they seem irritated at customers). The staff here is also good at helping you decide what drink you want if you’re unsure! The décor is bright and cute, and there are a couple large tables and a couple small tables. There’s also games like connect 4 and jenga, which make it a perfect spot to chill and enjoy a tasty drink. Just FYI if you do plan to stay a while– they put the AC up pretty high, which I enjoyed, but my daughter complained of it being too cold. Next time we’ll bring a sweater I guess!
Now, the drinks are amazing. They have your basic, one flavor smoothies and teas in a variety of fruity and sweet flavors. However, their Signature Smoothies are what set them apart! I’ve tried the Chocolate Haupia, which I am in love with. I also had the Geisha (matcha smoothie with red bean and vanilla ice cream) which was delish too. My daughters tend to get just plain mango, but they’ve also mixed a lemon and strawberry smoothie, which they ended up really enjoying! There’s also a ton of toppings, such as bobas, different jellies, ice cream, haupia, red bean, etc, which makes me like this place even more!
The quality and flavor of their drinks are just so good. I’m excited to try the rest of the signature smoothies, and I definitely recommend boba lovers to check it out!

I’ve ordered the taro milk tea with large boba a couple of times. The tea is too sweet for my taste even with the least amount of sugar added which is why I wouldn’t give five stars for the milk tea. It’s yummy, but I think I just prefer to have my tea taste a little less sweet.
I also ordered a smoothie that’s half Matcha and half blueberry/​banana with large boba and it was amazing. The presentation of it was so pretty and they use real fruit rather than powders/​syrups. Yay real nutrients! Definitely liked my smoothie experience better than the tea, so will come back for more of their creative flavors.
The ambience of this milk tea place is definitely not for studying/​reading like some other tea/​coffee shops. There are board games set up on the tables and music playing so it has more of a fun/​casual vibe to it.

So happy to find out that Rainbow Tea is the same as Infintea! Not sure why the names are different? But pretty much everything is the same. I love the different options of toppings. The service here is great and the girls were really friendly & helpful. They recommended the ube in love and I definitely would get it again next time. My bf even liked it! The only thing is they don’t use that little card thing that you can scan at Infintea but they do use a stamp card that works for both places. Location is in the Waimalu Shopping Center so it’s easy to find and lots of parking! Will be coming here for my bubble tea cravings.

My mom likes to take me here for the U-​be in Love drink. I’m a milk tea addict, so I like to get black milk tea everywhere I go. A nice atmosphere and great drinks!

Located at the Waimalu Shopping Center. Rainbow Tea House packs a surprise in a tiny shop. Parking can be a bit tough there, the roads are equivalent to a new type of terrain, yes! Pot Holes everywhere!!! Don’t let the surroundings scare you off from enjoying this Gem of a shop in Aiea!
The ambiance of this shop has to be one of my favorites! Truly reminds me of what you would see in a Korean drama, or anything asian related. Bright white walls, to make this place shine right out of its opened glass windows. A great new take on a boba café, this has to be the very first boba shop that I know of in Hawaii that has board games! I know some are deciding to go on this trend. However I’m pretty sure Hawaii is late on this trend, always late on most trends actually LOL!
Since this place is small, it gets pretty intimate with the workers there. However, their customer service isn’t quite consistent as I hope it would be. Somedays youll get a hello, some nights youll get a stare down from a worker, and sometimes youll get a big smile and a welcome! You can say its pretty bi polar! LOL!

Great healthy choices, from fresh fruit smoothies, green smoothies, healthy milk teas, and even Honey Ginger Drinks! Definitely my go to if I don’t want to feel guilty with a blended smoothie, or a milk tea. At least I know I will be drinking calories that are worth it, rather than those empty calories you get from powdered boba drinks! No one wants that!!!
I have tried several of their drinks. My favorite two by far has to be their Honey Ginger blended, and their Strawberry Lemon with Li Hing Mui! Refreshing for a hot Hawaiian day!
They also have stamp cards, again sometimes they’re not consistent with offering you one or even stamping your card. Make sure to ask for one if they don’t offer you!
Rule of thumb: Don’t expect much, and don’t expect little.

Location: Next (east of) to Zippys in Waimalu Shopping Center
Parking: Free in parking lot within waimalh shopping center
Price: Relatively expensive. $ 5.95 for a regular signature blend smoothie (think small at other places).
Flavors: Long list of fruit teas, milk teas, smoothies, and toppings. I was torn between a few of the smoothies.
Sizes: 3. Regular, large, and Monster.
Vibe: Clean interior. Board games on every table. Nice place to relax and talk story with friends.
Service: friendly. She was patient despite my indecisiveness. She was able to name the most popular drinks in each category.
Stamp card: Available. Buy 10, get 1 free.
I got the Strawnana signature blend (2 layered smoothie of coconut on top and strawberry-​banana on bottom) with mango popping boba. Flavors tasted natural (as opposed to artificial).
Overall, very good. But the price is steep is for a small smoothie. Great place to get away from the Hawaii heat.

This place is pretty good! The prices are decent, but I don’t understand why they only have Regular, Large, and Monster sizes. The monster is basically a large but it’s twice the thickness of the large size. Anyways, this place deserves 4 stars.

What a cute place to enjoy tea and good conversation!
This tea house is located close to Zippy’s and Baldwin’s. You may have a hard time seeing it once you enter the parking lot, but if you head toward Zippy’s, you’ll be able to find it pretty quickly.
A friend and I recently went to check out this tea shop around mid-​morning during the middle of the week, and it was pleasantly empty. There were a few customers who came and went during our visit, but we pretty much enjoyed the entire café to ourselves.
There was one worker and she was really friendly. She was not only patient with my indecisiveness, but she was also helpful in giving us recommendations.
There’s lots to choose from on the menu, and you can even get a stamp card with your purchase. I really liked my drink and wouldn’t hesitate to come here again. If you’re coming here in a group, there are even board games for your entertainment.
Since my friend and I were the only customers in the café, we didn’t have to wait long for our drinks. Here’s what we got:
«Mocha Smoothie»: If there’s a chocolate or mocha option on any milk tea menu, that’s most often my go-​to order. I felt like getting something a little sweeter/​creamier than your traditional milk tea, so I went for the mocha smoothie. I saw the option for the «white chocolate + mocha» smoothie but asked if it was possible to get dark chocolate instead, and the girl was more than happy to satisfy my request. I don’t like white chocolate, so I was glad I could make the substitution! I was grateful that I didn’t get a runny stomach from this smoothie! The consistency was light and it wasn’t overly sweet (though I don’t mind drinks being extra sweet). I just got a small since I was having lunch later, but this drink was definitely refreshing. I could aptly taste the mocha flavor, but it wasn’t too overwhelming. I would definitely order this again if I wanted a slight caffeine boost! This wasn’t as thick as smoothies could go, but it was still delightful.
«Thai Coffee Milk Tea»: My friend order this thai coffee milk tea with boba. She usually gets boba as an add-​on, and she enjoyed the refreshing flavor of the thai coffee. She doesn’t like her drinks too sweet and said this version sported the perfect consistency of sweetness. She said she would order this flavor again, if she didn’t feel like trying a new flavor during our next visit.
«OREO Milkshake»: I’m guessing the milkshakes here are similar to the smoothies. Since OREO is one of my favorite flavors – well, anything related to cookies and cream – I can’t wait to try this milkshake one day. If I ever got a milkshake from this tea shop, it would probably be the OREO flavor or the chocolate flavor.
«Coffee Milk Tea»: If I feel like getting a refreshing drink that’s on the lighter side, I would probably opt for the coffee milk tea. I tend to like coffee flavors when it comes to milk tea, so I anticipate trying this version one day.

Seriously the BEST bubble drink I’ve ever had. My best friend loves this place and brought me here to try for myself and I’m so glad she did! I ordered the honeydew melon with tapioca and less sweet. It was PERFECT. The ice was blended very well unlike some places I’ve tried where the drink was so icy and in chunks. The taste was just right along with the sweetness.
It’s a bit overwhelming at first with all the flavors and toppings they offer, but I’m so glad they have variety!
Also, when you’re waiting for your drink to be blended/​mixed up there are games for you to play. My best friend and I played a game of connect four haha. I haven’t played that game in forever! It was nice to do something as simple as that while waiting for our drinks.
I can’t wait to go back to try another drink!

I heard about this place when a classmate posted about it on IG. She mentioned that their were games available to play (jenga, connect four, battleship.etc.) while you wait for your drink. Once I realized that the place is located across from best buy, next to the zippy’s express, I knew I had to make my way there eventually. My daughters go to gymnastics in harbor center, so while my son and I wait for them to finish, we decided to give this place a try.
I asked the person behind the counter what the favorites were. He then pointed to the dry erase board off to the side and mentioned that whatever was on the board were the most popular items they serve.
We got the ‘ube in love’. I believe it was a coconut smoothie with ube ice cream. I added large tapioca. I think I paid $ 6 for a large.
Verdict?
Set up
My son was kept occupied with the different games that were set up on the tables. We even stayed 10 extra minutes so that he could try each game. Its a small space with a few tables, we got there around 11, so it wasn’t busy. I can only imagine how crowded it would get if it were!
Drink
My large tapioca balls were rock hard. I got there not long after they opened so I’m not sure if it was an old batch, or if they just didn’t cook it long enough. It kinda ruined my impression of the place. First impressions mean alot.
Price
Seemed kinda on the pricey side. They only have to sizes. I think you get more bang for your buck if you go down the street to tea time.
Will I return?
I’m all for giving second chances. If I come out with tapioca balls that are not up to par, I’m sorry but I will not be returning.

Located conveniently in pearl city/​aiea — wamalu shopping center! I love boba tea & always looking for the best & here I’ve found it!!! they have a huge variety to choose from I honestly had a hard time deciding but I can’t wait to come back & try another flavor! This was my first time & I got the creamy strawnana which is a coconut strawberry and banana smoothie, got it with tapioca & fruit jelly! I’m always skeptical on when I get fruit jelly cuz when I tried the one from the boba café place in pearlridge that recently opened it was HORRIBLE but the fruit jelly from here is ¹⁰⁄₁₀ I love it! Employees are super friendly and helpful also :) this is the first of many visits!

I’M IN LOVE, SO IN LOVE.
I’ll keep this review short and sweet because all you guys really need to know is that dessert from here is a MUST HAVE. Not only do they have a large variety of boba-​milk teas, they also have the largest selection of toppings offered as well. Tapioca, icecream, chia seeds jelly, etc. They also offer speciality layered smoothies and sorbets! You can also request them to make something for you that’s not on the menu if it’s within their capabilities, which is cool!
I got the lychee sorbet with ube icecream and it was freaking amazing. The sorbet was melt-​in-​your-​mouth-​soft topped with chunks of lychee. The ube icecream was a perfect creamy addition to my lychee sorbet (my bf didn’t like the flavor combination even thought I thought it was good).
In conclusion, if you got a sweet tooth and you like options, this is the place to be! Not to mention they have games you can play while eating your dessert like jenga, connect four, chess, etc. SUPER CUTE.

Definitely one of my fave in the area! If only we could have a boba tea spot in mililani that would be awesome! The parking situation sometimes can be tricky but other than that I love everything I’ve tried here so far. The downside about the location is with all the rail projects moving into Pearl city, sometimes traffic can be horrible around here so plan accordingly.

How have I never heard of this place? I come to this area for Chun Wah Kam manapuas all the time! What a hidden gem, seriously!
Upon walking in, the ambiance is just so fun and friendly with all the board games there. Flashback to the elementary school A+ days where we could sit for hours playing games like Connect 4 or Battleship.
What I ordered: Went for the winter melon milk tea after asking a worker for suggestions on what to get. Added great walls, which is a drizzle of condensed milk along the walls of the cup, as well as coffee jelly, coming out to $ 4.80 before tax. Pretty nice price if I do say so myself! Knowing condensed milk would make my drink sweeter, I opted to get it «less» sweet. Well what do you know? It was still too sweet for me, despite its nice flavor.
Service: We were greeted upon entering and never felt rushed when ordering. The worker gave a plethora of suggestions and combinations of toppings and flavors that are popular. She was constantly working with a smile on her face and thanked us. A very pleasant experience!
If the review were based on taste alone, I would probably have given this place 4 stars. But the service definitely made up for it. This won’t be my last time coming here!
** As a side note, I had a sip of a friend’s passion fruit tea which was at «regular» sweetness. That too was on the sweeter side, but if… no, WHEN I come back, I will definitely try this flavor in its «less» sweet variant and pair it with the passion fruit jelly. ‘Cause the flavor of that drink was amazing.

Recently discovered this place from a friend who raved about it. So far I’ve been here 3 times and I’m sad that I’ll be moving and won’t be a 3 minute drive away. :(
The service is awesome! At first I was a little overwhelmed with all of the choices they have to offer but definitely try any of the sorbets, soo good! Lychee and orange are so yummy! They use fresh fruit which is always a plus. The workers are so nice and friendly and patient. So far I haven’t been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered. It seems it only gets better each time I come. The place is cute and cozy with connect 4 games on the tables while you wait. I’ve tried many bubble drink places on the island and this one has quickly become a favorite. :)

I’ve only been here once before, but I really enjoyed it! I’ve been following them on instagram for some time now and it amazes me how pretty their drink concoctions can be :)
As for actually ordering the drink, I guess there is a bit of a learning curve. Or I’m just awkward as usual.
I ordered the secret garden milk tea expecting it to come out like the picture that I saw on instagram. But it didn’t. I didn’t realize that I would have to order all of the add-​ins. But it’s alright, my vanilla milk tea still tasted pretty darn good.
They also only accept a minimum $ 5 charge for cards. So I upped the size, and added on boba and condensed milk (great wall), not knowing that my drink was not going to come with the oreo topping. Lesson learned!
I think if I were to come here again there are a few other drinks I am interested in trying: first of all, the secret garden milk tea exactly as it’s pictured on instagram (seriously have you guys seen that thing? It looks magical!). Second, matcha milk tea sounds amazing. Third, anything with ube, because I love ube! I have a stamp card that needs fillin’, ya know?
When you’re sitting down in the establishment it gets pretty noisy since they’re blending drinks constantly. But there are fun little board games strewn around to keep you entertained.
Service is really great. The girls who were working when I was there were super super sweet :) It took a little long for our drinks to come, but when they did they were totally worth it.

Fruity and colorful smoothie and desserts. Totally matches the shop name. It’s a beautiful, colorful, and cute shop.
We got the peach sorbet and this soy smoothie with corn flakes. It’s something different you don’t taste anywhere. It wasn’t too sweet. I love the fruity taste. I definitely can taste each ingredients mixed inside.
I can’t wait to come back for more of these! Decent price. Don’t forget a stamp card. I wish it was in town.

For me at times it’s «location, location, LOCATION!!!». This is so nicely located for me. When I’m in the Pearl Ridge Mall or Best Buy area, I stop in. Do I check-​in always? Well… I’ve been bad about that with every place… (sorry Unilocal)
It is a SUPER tea house with things to do, great drinks, perfect location, and did I mention the drinks? The pearls in the tea are so fun. They have a unique flavor and compliment the tea very well. I enjoy the sealed lids so you can drive without too much worry. Do make the effort to locate this place. It’s worth the trip. Cheers!
