RMI installed two Mitsubishi split AC units to my home. Both Randy and his electrician worked tirelessly thru the heat of the day to complete the job by 2:30pm. Old school work ethics are hard to come by these days. RMI combined esthetics and professional knowledge to install both units to my complete satisfaction. His office staff is responsive, courteous and all calls are always returned. I am happy with my AC and relieved to have chosen RMI as my installer.

Randy at RMI did a fantastic job installing our AC. He was prompt and courteous. But what I valued most about his service was the respect he had for my time and property. He answered all my questions pertaining to the installation and gave excellent advice from beginning to end. I’ve dealt with many contractors and Randy at RMI has earned my highest respect. I would not hesitate to use RMI again. As the 5 stars indicate, they are highly recommended. Quality service and an excellent product… That is what I received from RMI.
