I came here recently to get my ears checked by Dr. Murakami. I came on a Thursday morning. The office is located at that Medical Arts Building on Kaahumanu St. right after Waimalu Shopping Plaza and right across from the plaza that Times is located at. The office is pretty small with a small waiting area. Like all doctors, the paperwork process went through fairly quickly. There were other patients waiting but it didn’t really take too long to get called up. Dr. Murakami was pretty friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. My initial checkup was just him cleaning out my ears. The only thing that I didn’t like was that he was putting all of my ear wax on my shoulder. I thought that was kinda nasty. I am not sure if he brushed it off of my shoulder because I still felt some on my shoulder after leaving the office. The front office staff is nice and helpful as well.
