Achieve Fitness

This is my fitness center (health club, gym, whatever you call them now). It’s pretty good, has new equipment, very clean and roomy, all of the treadmills, ellipticals and bikes have their own TVs. They are still so new I had to add them to Unilocal! (I couldn’t Check In today).
Their staff is very friendly and helpful and their prices are great (I got in the introductory deal for a sweet $ 20 month, unlimited access). They are working on adding classes, yoga, aerobics, etc. to their schedule — they have a few now but not all in good times for people who work. Still, they are trying.
The background — my old gym was in the same location, Club Fitness. Gold’s Gym moved in to town and shut them down with money, so there hasn’t been many choices in Aiken if you are a guy for years. Achieve just opened in the same spot offering a similar mix of weights, machines, classes without the ‘muscle head’ stigma.
