We have been a business customer for nearly 3 years. Service started out fine but over the last year or so the service has been bad. We have Internet TV and telephone. The service constantly drops out anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 to 5 minutes as a business serving customers this makes it very difficult for us to do business. We are told the problem is in their box and new equipment is on order that was not 6 months ago. They still have not fixed the problem and it continues to drop like everything resets. Not recommended for business or home several customers say they have the same issue.

I honestly like my internet/cable services but I hate their customer service department. If you need to transfer your service, book it 3 weeks ahead of time. I moved a few miles down the road and they didn’t have an appoint for almost 2 weeks.
