I lived here for a year and found the rates to be in par with other apartments in the area, but liked how this complex had more nature surrounding it.
The rooms are a good size on the 2 bedroom, and have private access to the bathrooms.
I was upset when the time came to renew/​move out because the whole process seemed overly complicated and expensive. They apparently like to jack your rent up your about 100 a month after your first year, which I think is really unfair to the residents.
