I wish there were something lower than 1 star. If there were, I would give it to Global. We called to cancel our appointment today due to the fact that we needed to be somewhere at 10:30am. Paula begged us to keep it scheduled b/c they were doing other apartments in my building today. She promised the guy would be there by 9am so we could still get to the appointment. I don’t know why we ever believe a word these people say, because when we called at 9:45, she said «I didn’t say 9, I said 9 to 11. He will be there shortly». He arrived at 10:30. Paula, Karen, Leah, and everybody else in this office are full of you know what and blatantly lie and screw over whomever they need to in order to make a buck.
