Have you ever heard the phrase that you’ll go the extra mile just to get good customer service? I drove all the way up from North Canton to Akron just because I read that these guys offered glasses repair. I was tired of going to other optical shops and feeling awkward about asking to repair my glasses for free but I saw these guys offered it as a service so I was coming to drive up here to pay them to fix my very messed up pair of sunglasses. When I arrived they were friendly and professional. They fixed my sunglasses quickly and happily. When I offered to pay them they said no they were glad to do it. I insisted and they said no way. Outstanding overall experience and they also appear to have some really nice eyeglasses I will definitely be coming back to this location for all of my future Optical needs.

These guys sell gorgeous glasses and are just really great people. The owner just handed me some gators free of charge when I told him I was looking for some for my daughter’s dance recital. Good folks– support them!
