Poor service. Visited several times most bar tenders are usually have a piss poor attitude, but not all. I also watched the owner/manager have a casual conversation with the bar tenders and ignore my wife and I. After 15 minutes waiting to be greeted we finally walked out. Most recent after finishing my beer the blonde bar tender(one with the biggest attitude) never asked if i wanted another. It took a new bar tender,(find to be the most friendly) a male, to ask if i wanted another. If you want slow rude service this is the place for you.

Well, at the urging of my non-Yelp friends, I am obligated to write a follow-up review for The Basement at the Lakes. Oh joy. I live near here, so it’s natural that I would come here often to… you know… drink. They have daily specials and whatnot. The bartenders here are chill and know their shit. At least, they should by now. I’ve probably reminded them a million times how to make a B-52 by now. Food here is above average. I’d recommend their mozzarella sticks, burnt cheese foldovers, and their Phillies. The tools I’ve complained about in the past have mostly vanished. Except for parts of Friday and Saturday. I think the Valley kinda sucked them in, which is a good thing. Also, the people here dig Steel Panther. If you don’t know who they are, LOOKTHEMUP. hahaha. This year The Basement gets an additional star. Yippee.

Very reasonable drink prices– Tons of HDTV’S to watch the game. Also, if you prefer to sit at a table or booth they do have«your own» individual TV, so you can switch between channels at your leisure. Great Atmosphere!
