Absolutely the worst.
When I registered our site a few years ago service was top notch. Now it is impossible to contact them. 48 business hour turnaround to first contact when we all live in a ²⁴⁄₇ world. Communication is via email only with no possibility of phone contact. It is a recipe for disaster.
I have no choice but to pull the plug on them and go elsewhere.
I would not recommend Brain Host for any services.
