It’s ok. A wide variety of mediocre pizza and pasta on the buffet. Nothing says«fresh» like watching them open a bag of pre-processing lettuce to refill the salad bar. It was about $ 25 for three adult buffets and drinks. The tables with chairs adjacent to the pizza bar are so close together that you have to fight to get through to a booth on the back wall. My wife and daughter enjoyed the soup a lot.

A-OK is exactly how I would describe this Cici’s pizza location. Cici’s has been around for a while now and it’s been a while since I’ve been there. I’m not the biggest fan of pizza so I think that’s why I don’t go here often, but if you love pizza and you love variety, you will love Cici’s. Upon entering, we were greeted and paid for the buffet for 2 adults and 2 drinks. It came to $ 16. We were there with a friend and a toddler she was babysitting. This place is definitely good for kids. The buffet line is low enough that they can reach the food but tall enough so the smaller kids who don’t know any better yet, aren’t sticking their hands in the food. Speaking of the food, there are many different pizza choices from traditional pepperoni to macaroni and cheese pizza, to bbq chicken pizza, to veggie pizza. You can literally make up any kind of pizza you can think of and have them make it for you. My friend, being on a low carb diet, asked them to make a crustless pizza and they were happy to accomodate her. While we were eating, I noticed the staff going around to the different parts of the bar testing the temperature to make sure everything was hot enough to prevent foodbourne illness. I’ve never seen that at any buffet I’ve ever been to so it’s nice to know that Cici’s is taking it seriously. I could also overhear the manager going over some cross-contamination prevention speech with his staff. It doesn’t take much to ruin your reputation; a couple people get sick and it’s all downhill. Am I right, Chipotle? Along with the pizza there is a salad bar, pasta bar, and dessert bar. The dessert bar was my favorite part because I have a huge sweet tooth. The cinnamon buns were perfection and I was pretty fond of the brownies as well. Throughout our entire hour at Cici’s, a couple guys came around several times to clear plates off of our table, ask us if we needed anything, and were continuously cleaning tables and the floor. They’re doing a great job at keeping this place clean! Overall, this particular Cici’s is clean, friendly, and has a good variety of pizza and other items to keep you interested. I’m sure we’ll be back in the future.

I agree with the others who said this place is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and perfect for kids. I can’t think of a better value in a sit down restaurant, honestly. $ 5.99 for unlimited salad, soup, pasta, pizza, and dessert. The salad bar was the most impressive, incredibly fresh, and with more selection than I was expecting(broccoli, beets, olives, sesame seeds — in addition to the standard lettuce, tomato, cucumber, croûton). I also really like that you can request any specific pizza you’d like and they’ll make a fresh one for you. Some favorites at our table were the stuffed-crust pizza, the buffalo chicken pizza(extra spicy!) the macaroni and cheese pizza, and the cinnamon rolls. Don’t come to Cici’s and expect to compete with your favorite pizza place. But it’s cheaper, faster, and easier than trying to get frozen pizzas from the grocery store. Plus, if you don’t want pizza, you can construct a healthy meal with the salad and chicken soup.

This was by far the worst buffet I’ve ever experienced. The whole setup was crazy. You couldn’t even get to the buffet due to the inbreds lurking and the emo kids pushing there cleaning carts around like hotel workers. Now onto the pizza. It was hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Some little kid just walked up and grabbed a piece of pizza with his bare hands like it was his house. My girlfriend thought she was having a miscarriage after eating there but it turned out to no surprise due to the food. So my advice, go to your local Walmart and buy a bag of pizza rolls before you even fathom the thought of going here

I went here with two friends(one friend was visiting Ohio) for a quick bite to eat about a year ago. We still joke about it until this day. The food was terrible. We didn’t go in expecting much, and were still disappointed. We each gave each other«the look» and we all unanimously decided to leave. We left(even after already paying) and got dinner elsewhere. The food here was really that bad that we couldn’t eat more than a few bites. Stay away.

Since the Cici’s in Streetsboro closed, I don’t get to a Cici’s very often now. I’ve taken my elderly mother three times because I knew she’d love the cinnamon rolls. She usually just gets the salad and dessert and is very satisfied. The pizzas are better than they used to be, but still a little cafeteria-like. One of the things I like the most is that it is always spotless. No cobwebs hanging from light fixtures, no food on the floor, no trash under the tables. Employees are always attentive and polite. These things all point to good management.

When I want to eat a lot of food for dirt cheap, I like to go to Cici’s ironically. Cici’s is notorious for being overrun with kids who are the products of broken prophylactics and non-existent parenting. Jerry Sandusky would LOVE this place. The food here ranges the gamut from awful to good. The quality is not very good, although that is to be expected. My favorite pizza is the mac & cheese pizza. It is so cheesy; it makes me feel like a little kid.

How I miss Cici’s! Since the one in Streetsboro closed last year, I don’t live near a Cici’s anymore. We happened to take the kids to Boo At The Zoo this year, and met up with friends who suggested visiting this Cici’s afterwards. I’m so glad we did! Theri pizza is exactly what you pay for — NOT gourmet, but still tasty and loved by our children. Clean and neat and fairly large for their location. Decent prices, but parking can be tricky since they are located in the middle of a shopping center.
