AVOID. Paid for copper and that never arrived. She literally just stole our money.
Don’t let the sweet talk fool you: She will talk you up and convince you she’s great with copper, loves what she does, is reputable etc. But in the end, it’s all just a scam — she took our money and we are still missing our copper. Warning: She knows how to use the PayPal system, (which favors the merchant) to her advantage. For example, she shipped a small box with about 10% of what we ordered but used the tracking number to prove to PayPal that she shipped the whole thing (and they believed her, because the merchant almost always wins). Do not order from her! and if you already have, then use your credit card dispute process to cancel the order.

«F». This is how the BBB rates Copper by Wendy and also the rating for the service we received. We still have no product (8 weeks) but were told 3 weeks to complete. She avoids your calls, has excuse after excuse after excuse. Oddly enough the excuses referenced in other reviews seem very familiar. We gave her $ up front but she never delivered. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Beware if you are direct with her and call her out on her excuses as she is quick to give you a rude response (as if how dare you). We put our purchase on credit card and have had to ask for reversal of charges due to no product delivered. She threatened to fight us on the reversal. It seems as though she is very familiar with the reversal process. Kind of sad your name is on a business that receives such negative customer reviews from being deceived.
