Insomnia Cookies

Warm, fresh, melty, gooey, sweet perfection delivered to your door in a box. I don’t know whose brilliant idea this was but I want to say THANK YOU!
For those of you who don’t know me, I have a serious sweet tooth. If it contains sugar, I’m going to eat it. Especially cookies. Who doesn’t love a hot chocolate chip cookie right out of the oven with a glass of ice cold milk? If you don’t you’re straight cray.
Anyway, my husband was not enjoying his stay in the hospital so a good friend of ours brought him two boxes of a mixed variety of Insomnia Cookies. We ate some immediately as the box was still warm. Ahhhhh… so comforting.
She got us the following types of cookies:
–chocolate chip
–chocolate chocolate chip
–chocolate chocolate chip with mint
–snickerdoodle
–white chocolate chip macadamia nut
–peanutbutter
–m&m
–oatmeal raisin
I’ve tried at least a bite of every cookie and I love them all. Each cookie is perfect in its own way. I see on their menu that they also have brownies and ice cream. Definitely going to have to try those next time!
You do not have to have the cookies delivered to your house if you prefer to venture out and get them at their shop. They are more expensive than if you made them yourself at home but that’s the cost of having someone prepare them for you. They can’t be free people sheesh! The best part about Insomnia Cookies is that you don’t have to bake your own cookies and you can still enjoy them hot out of the oven.
Overall: YUM! Give this place a try.

Delicious brownie. Chocolate chip. It’s soft and moist. Got it with walnut. Delicious on a cold day !!

Fresh, gooey. What more can you also for? I tried a double chocolate mint cookie, a sugar cookie, and a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie. All were great! They also have ice cream and will make a cookie and ice cream creation for you. The couple in front of me were getting a cookie and ice cream combo in a to go box that looks like a small pizza box and it looked wonderful. I am definitely going to try that next time.
