Completely incompetent staff, had to wait over 25 minutes at three different registers just to buy 2 shirts. Bad attitudes galore! Never again…

This JCPenney has always provided me with excellent, friendly service. I can’t complain about the people. The store is always stocked and if you catch them at the right time you can manage a great deal during sale times. They have a salon and portrait studio. With 2 boys, I frequent the portrait studio most. Always have excellent deals and wonderful customer service!
Always clean and neat. There is a family restroom in the boys section of the children’s clothes.

JC Penney is one of the nicer department stores out there that are mid-​level. This location, located in Chapel Hill Mall, is large and has an extensive selection. The store is two stories, which the rest of the mall is not. There are several «stores» within the store; there is a directory to get you on your way. The staff here is helpful and friendly. There is a wide variety of products available here, including an extensive selection of clothing, as well as furniture, bedding, and several other products. Overall, if you are looking for several items and want to stay in one store, stop in at JC Penney.
