Lowe’s Home Improvement

Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten at any Lowe’s, ever, hands down! Tried to buy carpet from them, took 4 days for someone to come out and measure, then another 4 days to hear something back. Finally they called and told us they had lost all our information about carpet choice. We decided to go in and talk to them and the guy in that department was so rude we left. He called us about 15 minutes later, after we’d gone to home depot. Hubs told him that he would be in the next day to talk to the manager and the guy laughed, actually laughter and told my hubs exactly what time he’d be at work. We were in shock! Spend the extra time and drive to another Lowe’s, if you absolutely have to shop at Lowe’s, better yet go to Home Depot!
