If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is by far the slowest McDonald’s on the planet Earth, and maybe the Universe. By the time you get the food, especially the fries, they MIGHT be warm but most of the time are soggy, flaccid, and cold. There seems to be very bad management there now and it shows with the lack of smiles and abrupt greetings and the lack thereof in sincerity of saying thank you. They should take a look at how Chik-​Fil-​A greets and thanks their customers.

Worst McDonalds in Akron. Looks pretty but you could starve to death in the morning drive thru line. Ronald would be embarrassed. 10 minutes for a coffee. Il pay extra and go to Statbucks.
