Neo Executive Sedans and Taxi

I’ve never had anyone be so rude when trying to reserve a limo. Not the way to be with customers. Ended up hanging up will look elsewhere.

My flight from Washington DC to Pittsburgh PA was cancelled, and it was the last flight of the day. The airline offered to fly me to Akron OH instead. I figured that was better than nothing, because I was flying to China the next morning.
Then, I tried to find a way to travel from Akron to Pittsburgh. I called a few car service numbers listed on the official Akron airport website, and David picked up. He worked with me as my request evolved from just a car for myself into a car for myself plus three people I randomly met in the boarding area, who were going to a wedding the next day. The reservation completed in the nick of time, just before we all boarded the airplane. That particular night was very tight for Akron, as there were multiple concerts and football-​related events, but David was willing to find a driver to help us out in the pinch that we all were in.
On the other side, David sent us Amber, who picked us up in a Prius. She had quite a sense of humor, and the 1:30am car ride from Akron to Pittsburgh was entertaining.
I will definitely call them again if I find myself in a similar situation again. Indeed, now I know that Akron is a viable alternative to Pittsburgh in the event of flight cancellation. Thanks, David and Amber!

Like others from NY, NC, CA,… who need a dependable, courteous ride service, I live in Atlanta, Georgia and I have called on Neo Executive Sedans many times to get a ride from Canton-​Akron Airport to my parents home in Warren. 60 miles one way is more than I would consider asking a neighbor, so having a company with trustworthy service is the next best thing! my confirmation emails.
THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AT MY HOUSE TODAY. I CALLED THEM 4 TIMES. NO ANSWER. JUST ANSWERING MACHINE.
We finally drove ourselves to the airport but nearly missed our flights.
Further, it is now 10am ET, 5 hours after we left them a message and nobody has called with an explanation.
Truly unbelievable. Don’t risk your vacation or business trip on these unprofessional clowns

I requested this limo service online. It was easy and the fee included the tip which I like.
I scheduled a town car to pick me up at 4 AM on a Monday. David arrived at 3:50 AM. He backed into my driveway so as not to shine headlights on the house which I appreciated with sleeping kids. He had the trunk and door open for me when he texted that he had arrived.
The service was smooth and simple. Much better than trying to get a taxi at that hour.
David dropped me off at my terminal and that was that. No getting out my wallet since everything had already been taken care of.
I will use this company regularly now.

Amber picked us up to and from Vegas. She gave us tips as to where to go in Vegas. They were on time and not outrageously expensive. If you have to go to the airport use them.

I’ve experienced many different car services in the past few years, and Neo Executive Sedans and Taxi definitely deserves 5 stars. Their vehicles are clean, new, and smoke free. Amber and David conduct themselves very professionally, making sure the trip is up to standards, and as comfortable as possible for their passengers. Both of them were on-​time and early for my pick up. If desired, they will also engage in conversation. Upon my arrival to Akron for the first time, David gave me great advice on where to stay, what to do, and what types of activities I would enjoy most. Amber and I bonded on my trip back to the airport about our memories of living in a big city! I highly recommend this service to anyone and everyone in the area!

I called them around 6 am (3 am my time!) on a Saturday morning to take my mom to the airport for her move to California after her scheduled ride never showed up. They came quickly and even called to let me know they had picked up my mom and were on their way to the airport. They were very professional, on time, had a reasonable price, and were just what we needed in a pinch!

I searched online to find a taxi service in the Akron OH area, as my daughter lives there, and I am in NY. We were going on vacation, and she needed to get a ride to the train station at 4:30am. I called the number for this business. David, the man who answered, turned out to be the owner of the business. Let me say, I was so nervous about her getting picked up and dropped off on time, I was nervous about her taking a cab in the middle of the night, and I was nervous about her having a male cab driver. David was incredibly professional, he instantly put my mind at ease, by personally guaranteeing that he would be the one transporting her. He sent me confirmation emails as soon as the arrangements were made. David arrived to pick her up, not in a cab, but in a cadillac, which was around the same price, and in some cases even cheaper than some of the other actual cab companies that I had contacted. He texted me to let me know that he had arrived (ahead of the scheduled time), and he also texted me again to let me know that she had been dropped off at the train station. She informed me when she arrived that the car was extremely nice, and clean, and that the man who drove her was nice and very professional.
Fast forward a couple of weeks, her return plans changed at the last minute, and she was going to need a ride from the train station to her home. I called this company again, and spoke to David, again, and with only about 8 hours notice, he arranged to personally pick her up, at the train station again in the wee hours of the morning.
I cannot say enough good things about this company, and I would recommend them to anyone, at any time! Incredibly professional, excellent service!

This early morning, I needed a ride to the airport. When leaving home, I was so pleasantly surprised by the amazing service, the friendliness of the driver (who is one of the founders) and the tidiness of the very comfortable sedan car. It was a very pleasant ride on an early morning!
