I received flowers that were arranged by Pam’s Posies. After 48 hours, most were dying and some had lost their blooms. I have received flowers from and ordered flowers for centerpieces from another area florists that have lasted more than a week. I would not place and order to be delivered; the recipient is probably not going to tell you that they were not top quality as to not hurt your feelings. After complaining about the quality of the flowers I received to the florist, they delivered a bouquet to compensate that were 80 per cent carnations and one rose — hardly a compensation for the amount I am sure the purchaser paid. There are others in the area that are better these days.

Pam’s Posies is always dependable to get the job done. I like sending bouquets to my mom, step mom, grandma, etc. in the Akron area. I live out of town so ordering is easy as 1−2−3. I trust the florist to make a gorgeous arrangement and usually just give general instructions.
My information is saved in their computer, so it is easy to repeat orders to send to people who I send flowers to often.
One time, I sent my mom flowers for her birthday and Pam’s delivered them a day early. I called and was pretty upset (it was a big birthday), so they sent her ANOTHER bouquet the next day, free of charge to me. I really appreciated this customer service.
I would recommend Pam’s, especially over 1−800-Flowers. Their prices are reasonable and you are supporting a local business. Plus, they are easily able to accommodate last minute orders.

Pams posies did a superb job on my wedding bouquet. The florist, Melinda, sat with me patiently she answered my questions and offered wonderful advice. Melinda didn’t pressure me into buying anything even though I didn’t place a large order. I was so pleased with the experience, especially after receiving my beautiful bouquet, which was everything I had hoped for and more.

Pam’s posies does all our business & personal flowers. All the arrangements they have made us are tasteful and gorgeous. They always use the freshest flowers and greenery.

I have used this florist for numerous birthday and holiday floral arrangements for my mother-​in-​law and sister-​in-​law over the past 2 years. I have never been disappointed. I used their website to look at options, selected what I wanted, paid and arranged for delivery, all over the Internet. Pictures that I have received from the recipients show gorgeous, full bouquets in nice vases. The flowers are fresh, never past their prime.
They offer options to upgrade arrangements, plus you can get balloons, chocolates or stuffed animals to go along with the flowers.

Pricey, but the best option for remote ordering.
I wanted to buy my mom flowers for her birthday, and was wary of 1−800-FLOWERS. I placed the order 3 days in advance, for delivery on Saturday morning, and received an order confirmation email as well as a very prompt delivery confirmation email that allayed my worries of being a neglectful daughter.
And all this from several states away! Never had to speak with a customer service representative, and from the pictures my dad sent me, the bouquet looked fresh, well-​arranged, and as-​advertised. I was told the packaging was beautiful, and that my note had been thoughtfully printed in script-​like font.
Nice attention to details.

Asked for a white condolence bouquet to be delivered with NO CARNATIONS. I got a multi colored carnation filled mess that the people whom the bouquet was intended for had to pick up themselves after the funeral. Did Pam’s Posies bother to call me and tell me they were having delivery problems so I could arrange something else? Nope. I spent over $ 100 for this torture. Unbelievable.

Given pictures and guidance, she was able to construct the PERFECT bouquets for the bridal party, AMAZING boutineers, and perfect centerpieces! She worked with us very closely to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and we had great service throughout the process!
