I used to take my truck to Akron Truck and Tire for auto repairs and was saddened to hear they closed. I happened to come across PTC and decided to give them a chance. I’m glad I did. This place is honest family owned with decades of experience. The waiting area is very clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have WiFi and WiFi hotspot along with outlets for phone charging.

This is definitely might go to place when I need anything done for my car. They’re straightforward, organized, quick, and thorough. I usually deal with Mike at the main desk, he’s never been difficult and is understanding. I easily recommend Parrish to anybody in the Akron area.

I called around for tire quotes on Tuesday afternoon and after about 6 calls I decided to try Parrish-​McIntyre. This is my first time here, but they have been in The Akron for a while. So I stopped in Wednesday without an appointment and the were friendly and remembered the Tires I called about. They did not try and pressure me into more expensive tires and they had it up on a lift within 10 minutes of me sitting in the waiting room. When they rang me up it was the price they quoted. Then I told them I had a coupon for 20 dollars off, but I forgot it at home and I would return with I later in the day they did not flinch and subtracted to amount.
My final assessment, in and out in under an hour, free tire rotation for life, quality tires, affordable prices, friendly service and flexibility to handle my coupon misstep makes this a place you should consider when shopping for tires. Like I said I am not sure how long they have been here, but I understand why they are still in business.
