Robeks

Nothing gives me an energy boost like a Citrus Stinger from Robeks! Our 6 year old now prefers the Strawnanna Berry smoothies to a milkshake!
Robeks does a great job of offering delicious real fruit smoothies in a great atmosphere here. This location in Walhaven is my favorite. Great old building with a great new smoothies shop in it!

Robeks is delicious. I love it since they serve all-​natural smoothies that are fresh and prepared right in front of you. I used to be a Starbucks fanatic, buying iced lattes and frappuccinos everyday, so I’m used to drinks starting at almost $ 4 for a small but it is a little pricey. I suggest getting the medium-​sized smoothies. They last awhile and are enough to really fill you up (great meal replacement). I appreciate the free nutritional boost powders that you can get in most of the smoothies. But here’s a warning: if you get the smallest-​sized smoothie with a nutritional boost, it will be gritty and have a slightly funny taste to it. I made this mistake last time I was here. I bought a small Big Wednesday with Powerbek and it wasn’t the best. I’ve had the medium sizes with the boosts and didn’t have this problem.
Anyway the staff are friendly and helpful and the smoothies are delicious, the best one being the P-​nut Power Shake. Sooooo good! If you’re in the Akron area I strongly advise you to make a trip to Robeks. You won’t be disappointed. (Unless you make the same mistake I did.)

Robeks is great when you find yourself in Akron and you don’t want to eat something nasty and unhealthy.
Their smoothies are great (they cost a lot) but they’ll keep you busy all the way back to wherever you’re going.
This place has figured the smoothie out. You can’t go wrong.

First time to this particular shop but I’ve been a fan of Robek’s for a while. This particular store has fast, friendly service. For those unfamiliar, this is quintessential smoothie goodness… the only thing that rivals it is Jamba Juice which doesnt look like it will grace our suburban streets anytime soon. So while you’re waiting, try Robeks… high quality ingredients make all the difference from your run of the mill smoothie.
