This location is so inconsistent. One time the pizza is perfect… Next time they make it totally wrong. And please don’t have any issues that you need to talk to a manager about … Because the young girl they call a «manager» couldn’t be less of one. She rude and not helpful at all. She sounds like a complete ditz on the phone. She has a very passive aggressive personality about her and it’s very unbecoming. She’s one of the reasons we don’t order from there anymore. We’ve had at least 4 orders made wrong and we don’t complain. But when we call in to complain— she then scolds us for not calling in right away to correct the problem.(Sorry, I work all day and my daughter doesn’t like doing that kind of thing) It just makes me upset that they don’t care. We ordered with our loyalty points today and the pizza was extremely sub-par. We always order the deep dish and it wasn’t a deep dish. It looked more to be just a regular pizza with the sauce on top. Idk. I don’t think I would get so upset if I wasn’t spending in the upwards of $ 18 – 20 each time. Bcuz the stupid pizza is all mainly dough and that’s like 100% profit for them. So I expect it to be made well. This is a chain run by little girls and young ppl that could care less about their jobs. It evident because of how they treat their customers. Oh well… That’s life. Take it how u want it.

We ordered pizza(new to Ohio, and looking for a good pizza co.) and was told online it would be a 50 minute wait. It was over and hour+ wait and the pizza was cold and the cheese was hard. The crust had the same feel as the cardboard box. I was so disappointed and will never order from Romeo’s again. We threw it in the trash… what a waste of $ 24 for a pepperoni pizza.

Well, I’ve NEVER had a pizza joint charge me multiple times until my account came up NSF! Too bad they can’t operate a business or take care of their customers. Additionally they refused to give the number for a regional or district manager to make this fuck up right. Police are now involved. Folks you may want to double check your bank statements if you’ve purchased here. Their follow up customer service was a bullshit hack job that basically blamed us for their fuck up. No class, shitty wings, overpriced pizza and half-assed customer service. There is an open police report on file against this particular store. You’ve been warned. Oh, and I still had to contact my bank branch because the charge was STILL trying to post in my account.

This was the worst pizza & boneless wings that I have ever ordered. I don’t understand what has changed, but any pizza I have ordered in the past was good. Today, the boneless wings were worse than frozen Tyson chicken nuggets with some hot sauce on them. The pizza was horrible. It was a deluxe, but only had burnt, tiny bits of pepper, onion & mushrooms on it. There was hardly any sausage or cheese. The crust was the weirdest I have ever tasted. I ordered thin crust, but it was like they used the thin crust recipe, but made it a thick crust. It was an awful consistency. I will never order from there again.

Seriously excellent pizzas. I haven’t tried them all, but this is about as good as it gets for delivery around Cuyahoga Falls.

I haven’t had their pizza but if you’re in the area and want a hot submarine sandwich then browse Romeos menu to see what you think. I ordered a godfather sub over the phone and they told me that it would be ready in 15 minutes for the price of what I think was 6.99. When I arrived they were sill assembling my sub. Upon arriving home I unwrapped my sub and took my first bite. It was very good for what I paid! This sub is extremely greasy, so beware! Get lots of napkins.

Pasta Review This no seating at this location — take out or delivery… you choose :-) Phone Order — friendly and quick. This is the first week of their«Create Your Own Pasta Bowl» and the order taker was super careful to get it right. Pick Up — It took a couple of extra minutes, but the counter help was friendly, apologized, and handled the payment quickly. Jo Jo’s — generous pile of well seasoned potato segments… not too much salt… covered in shredded cheddar and a few bacon bits that tasted real. There was one lone catsup packet on top of almost 2 large potatoes worth of segments — if you are heading to Blossom… bring your own! Side Salad — Well stuffed with iceberg, carrot, purple cabbage, red onion, tomato, cucumbers and olives. Pieces are rather large and hearty… pack a steak knife to carve it down. Marzetti dressing(with corn syrup) is included. Hubby’s Pasta Bowl — Rigatoni, Alfredo and Baked mozzarella — he finished half, enjoyed it, but commented that the sauce tasted commercial. His baked moz. evenly covered the entire dish. My Pasta Bowl — 9 cheese ravioli were more than I could finish. I couldn’t really taste the baked mozzarella as all of the cheeses ran together. There was no asiago or Romano to break up the ricotta /parm blandness. Not really any garlic to mention even. Garlic Bread — individually wrapped 6 inch pieces that stayed warm for the 5 mile ride home. VERY buttery and garlicy. We will try other things at this location, but wouldn’t order the Alfredo again.
