The remodel was poorly thought out. The staff are overall pretty good. What they lack in speed they make up for in knowing the customers.
Really am disappointed in this remodel. It tops the one further south now as the most poorly laid out location in the area now. Not sure who Starbucks uses to do their designs but in this area they need somebody new fast.

Everyone says all of the Starbucks are the same, but I disagree. This location is always super friendly and tentative to your requests and needs as a customer. Very clean enviroment, no matter what time of the day you go there it is always great service!!!

Americano is the same wherever you go… Until now! 2 days in a row at this location received watered down version. Half and half empty both days… Clerks not really happy to be there. Let’s just say on day 3 of travel I will be looking for coffee somewhere else. :-(

This was one of my closest Starbucks growing up, and I have many fond memories of it!
Whether it was going here for an awkward coffee date in high school, studying or writing a paper over breaks in college, or catching up with old friends as an adult, this Starbucks has always served my needs!
Yes, it does get very busy. Yes, the parking lot is not the best. But to be fair, that is how I would describe most Starbucks I’ve been to.
In my experience, it is quiet, plays the perfect type of coffee shop music, and the drinks are always on point. I would definitely recommend; just be sure to get there when it’s not a peak time so you can secure your seat!

I’m not usually one to complain, but had a bad experience at this particular Starbucks. Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes, finally got to the window and they didn’t have my order. I ordered a venti not fat latte with one pump pumpkin and a breakfast sandwich. When I got to the window they asked what I ordered. I told them and paid for it. The guy returned to to window with a cup in his hand and said «we made you a grande pumpkin spice latte, is that ok?»! Are you kidding me? Why did I even place an order and pay for it!!!

This Starbucks just won at everything. I went through the drive-​thru to grab a late night coffee and when I went to pay for my coffee, I had a credit card mishap. The barista had my back and didn’t make me feel awkward at all about it. What a great guy (and he should totally call me). Long story short, my coffee was fast and hot and the service was worth way more than 5 stars.

My view on this Starbuck’s has completely changed in the last 6 to 8 months. The staff has been delightful and funny. It makes my morning walking into this location. The parking lot still stinks but I’d rather be stuck in the lot not have the interactions I have with the people in the morning. The manager, Beth, is always upbeat and kind. Thanks for changing my view!

Typical Starbucks. My favorite drink is the Café Latte. The only thing I don’t like about Starbucks is the excessive wait. I understand that everyone wants coffee in the morning but I shouldn’t have to wait 10+ minutes for my order.

This Starbucks is pretty good compared to most. The baristas are very friendly and the drinks are always good. The parking lot is really bad. It’s just hard to navigate and really narrow. The drive through always has a really long line. It’s also in a weird area for a Starbucks. Not really a place you would think a Starbucks would be, but it’s always busy.

I have had many experiences with various Starbucks stores and have found that this store is by far the best Starbucks around for many reasons!
1. Exceptionally friendly staff! Always greeted by my first name when I have meet the barista before!
2. Very quick! They have a drive through so they have come to be quite efficient at drink making
3. Consistently good drinks! Every time!
4. Great layout of store — including very open style with some big chairs to read quietly with good window lighting and an assortment of various tables!
5. Good amount of electric outlets to plug your computer into! This is a must and I always know I can get a seat and be able to use my computer if I need to.
I would recommend this store to anyone!

Their drinks are always consistent which I don’t find at all Starbucks. People that work here are always super friendly which is why I go out of my way to stop at this one.
My only gripe is their parking lot is set up poorly and always makes me feel claustrophobic. That, and their drive through line can get crazy long (hence me writing this review while waiting in their drive threw line).
Overall, one of the better Starbucks.
Quick update: When I got to the window they told me that my drink was free and apologized for the wait. I didn’t know if they were referring to the long line in general and gave everyone a free drink, or if they were referring to the long wait caused just by the guy in front of me (with the New York license plate, which explains a lot) that felt he didn’t need to place his order at the speaker but instead just went to the window to order his 4 drinks and play 20 questions with the barista. Either way, thanks for my free drink!

Your typical Starbucks fare, in a less-​than-​ideal location. I would NOT recommend this as a place to work during the day because of the windows — there are a TON, and it was freezing cold and impossible to get any work done. However, this is one of the few driver-​thru Starbucks in the area, so if you’re in a rush, you’re good to go.

Good Starbucks! Stopped in for my morning coffee before heading off to a meeting. Got a Grande coffee with room for cream.
Strong, tasty, and just what my brain cells craved and needed!
Good amount of seating inside — lots of folks hanging out working away on their laptops.
