Taco Bell

This TB sucks! Carlie, the evening manager is a joke. So I ordered cheese quesadillas with lava sauce and a Mexican pizza minus meat plus lava sauce. I get home, which is 10 minutes away, and bite into the Mexican pizza just to find beef in it. I understand people make mistakes. So I call them and explain everything to Carlie. I asked for a refund. She said I would have to come in. So I told her I did it once before and she figured out how to do it. I gave her the ticket number. She placed me on hold and five minutes later she tells me she could not locate the order. So I asked her to repeat the number; she completely bombed it. I give her the ticket number again; she failed to get it right. Third time I decided to drive back. I ordered the food that was messed up and told the drive through personnel that first I need a credit on this order. Carlie comes to the window and tells me that she spoke to manager and that he would have to do the refund tomorrow. I took my card and receipt and bolted out of there. I am NEVER going back to this mismanaged place again. What a waste of 45 minutes of my life. Couldn’t you tell me on the phone so I didn’t drive 10 minutes there and 10 back!!! Check your orders because this place is notorious for screwing up orders.

You know what Taco Bell food is, so you already know if you like it or not. I’m here to review this specific location, which is currently in the lead for «fast food operation to beat.»
Not only was the drive-​thru operator extra friendly, they put a mint and wet-​wipe in my bag!!! What?! That is taking it above and beyond. Way to go!

Sitting here right now just got the breakfast I have had microwave dinners that are better. My friend and I got sick from it.

It’s Taco Bell. Friendly, fast, accurate. You can’t really ask for more.
I used the drive thru so I didn’t go inside, but it looked like it was very recently built and was very busy in the dining room.

ok so its Taco Bell, so what should I expect? right? Well as long as they have been in business they should get this whole «operation» down by now. Went through drive thru, waited over 10 mins to get to speaker, then waited almost 10 mins to get to window. At the window I specifically ordered 2 mild sauces and 4 fire sauces. I got my order, and we left, My fault for trusting them. 5 – 10 mins down the road on the highway we find out 1) we only have 2 mild sauces and 2 fire sauces, 2) I am missing a chicken gordita surpreme which is on my receipt, and I am missing a side of guac. Ok not cool. get it together taco bell.

This particular one is fast, efficient, gets the order right and the teenagers running the place are polite. What more can ya want?
The food is consistent Taco Bell fare.
It’s easy and convenient.
