I love the depot, its a great place to live. Close to campus, lots of amenities, and fully furnished apartments. Maintance staff is also very nice, this is for sure one of the more high end apartments on campus.

love the leasing office. the apartments are nice, no noise really ever. the weekends sometimes but nothing major. the pool is nice when its cold out and the people in the office always are helpful. if i could recommend anywhere to live in akron i would say the depot. its a close walk to all classes and is affordable. all appliances are included and they are always giving free food. love the depot and i would suggest leasing with them!!!

If I did not have a choice I would not live here. Apartment hunting for a student is very difficult from another state. But little did I know that I would live in hell. They placed me willy nilly with two bully’s who never did the dishes and did their best to gang up on me. When I went to management they did their best to not let me change rooms even though I was willing to pay. They tried «mediation» which only let things get worse. They do not care about the well being of the residents but just the money they get. Also the apartment its self has trash left in most places, or spills left for days on the floor in the common area… If you have a choice live somewhere else not worth the money.
