The sales guy that helped me order my item was very pleasant but when it was delivered to the store for pickup a few days later I met with a woman at the customer service counter named BONNIE. She was old with blonde hair and overweight and she was EXTREMELY rude!!! Will never order from this store again due to her. Avoid BONNIE at all costs! If you work in customer service and a customer spends $ 500 on an item the least you can do is to be pleasant.
