Universal Windows Direct of Akron/Canton

I was very willing to purchase Windows from them until I spoke to someone on the phone. The man who I spoke to kept asking if anyone else was involved in the purchase. I said no I would be the only one. He would not take this as an answer and kept pushing and asking if I had a husband or boyfriend that might want to be involved. Again I said no. I just purchased a home BY MYSELF that needs new windows that I WOULD BE PERSONALLY paying for. Again I told him no one else is involved and I would be making the decision. He proceeded to tell me that he didn’t want to waste his time if infant someone else «was involved and wasn’t there at the time of the quote». I’m sorry that I am a girl that is financially stable and able to make decisions on my own. This is a ridiculous sales tactic. I am also in sales and would never ever put someone down and act as if they can’t afford a product. Even if you are «wasting your time» that should not matter. An appointment is an appointment weather you want to go or not. I will never call them again and will be getting my Windows somewhere else. I am very disappointed with how I was treated even before they walked into my house.
